The plate in my left wrist and the broken bones in my right hand made it impossible to put my body weight on my wrists. I broke my hip 2+ years ago and I have never fully recovered. I'm totally out of balance and lack strength on the right side. PT was a nightmare for me too. I went to 2 different PT places and both hurt me and I ended up back in a wheelchair. I am trying different exercise modalities to find something I can do. This isn't it. I realize I'm not the norm most people will be able to do Pure Barre. I need a much more gentle program that doesn't hurt. The music volume should be turned done. It takes away from what the instructor is saying. The instructors voice should be dominant not the music!

I rejoined last month, May 2025. I had my first class back, Align, at a different time of day from what I would normally attend. Staff was still great & they greeted me by name when I walked into the studio. The, I don't want to use names, manager is the one that got me to sign back up. She called since they were running a special, and she wanted to see if I might want to re-join. She apologized for the experiences that ultimately made me quit. We discussed the discount options, and what kind of schedule I thought I could have if I joined back up again. I let her know that the four pack class option is best for me, as I work two jobs and do strength training elsewhere. The class was pretty full when I arrived, but I walked in and grabbed a spot in the middle of the room. My favorite spot is the back bar, it is the first location I took a class at back when I became a member and it is the spot I prefer. Class was great, although I let them know Align was a little tougher than I remembered back in March 2025. I checked in on Yelp after class, or before, and I saw some awful reviews. They are what led me to update my review. The owner is great and has been able to expand locations. She really worked with me in the past, like when I originally enrolled and was going to quit due to cost and class times. When I quit back in March they asked why, they tried to get me to come back, they offered different class options. While I was quitting, I kept thinking they were just contacting me so they would not lose a member/money. I realized they actually wanted feedback, to know why I did not feel comfortable in class and what happened to make me want to quit. I should add, when I quit there was a lot going on- someone had driven through the front entrance, so we had to enter through the back of class. I like routine and that threw everything off. Honestly, I should have paused my membership and then just restarted once everything was back to status quo. Back to why I quit- I had placed my water bottle at my spot at the bar- someone completely disregarded my spot and took it over. I felt slighted, things were already off and that was the last straw. As you can see, it was not because of staff, it was because I am particular and routine oriented. Give this place a try. If I remember correctly, the owner of this location has three other locations. That allows you to take classes at any of them, rather than just this one.

You're able to walk inside even though there's a class right by the front desk. The front desk area is small and there's only a bathroom, no showers at this location. The music was good, the app doesn't show how many spots left but they did accommodate for me and my friend to do the class together. The community of people who come to get healthy and strong are some of the most welcoming, warm, friendly people I have met. I could not be happier about my choice to join! The heat of the classroom was the hottest I've experienced, and I've attended a handful of classes around the valley. This studio had the classroom set to 110 degrees, with a closed door and full class so the temperature easily feels closer to 115. If you're new to heated classes, I would work your way up to this class/studio. They do offer great pricing for class packs if you're interested in trialing it out for two weeks. If you're sensitive to heat/scent, I wouldn't recommend a heated class as you DO sweat heavily as well as all other participants. Meaning - you WILL smell other people and their sweat. The studio offers lockers and cubbies to hold your items and also has a well kept bathroom with showers to rinse off after class.

Customer service like that really sticks with you and honestly makes me want to come back. I took the hot HIIT class with Sidney and it delivered. Ambient lighting to start, then lights dimmed, music up, and suddenly it was go time. Great playlist, clear mic cues, and a seriously effective workout -- weights, core, warm-up, cool-down, the whole deal. Packed class but Sidney stayed very attentive, offering modifications, keeping everyone engaged, and bringing strong, motivating energy throughout. Only small note: shavasana felt a bit quick, but overall fantastic class. The studio itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed -- two large studio rooms, appreciate the mirrors to watch form, plenty of lockers and cubbies, multiple showers/restrooms, vanity areas, rental mats/towels (huge when traveling), tons of heated class options like yoga, yin, Pilates, barre, and HIIT, plus a separate red light therapy room that felt amazing afterward. The flow was great, very meditative, and it was really nice to be with community. A lovely way to start off my Sunday morning and the class was only $10! I will definitely be back, I really like that this studio is not heated, and oddly that it doesn't have mirrors- I feel like I am able to focus on my practice and what feels good for my body, not on trying to achieve a specific pose a certain way. It was so relaxing! One thing to note is that it was a little hard to find the studio at first, and there's lots of parking (that will be validated) but it's a short walk away.
