The massage was everything that I needed. Update: as I've had 24 hours to come back to reality, I wanted to share a few additional thoughts. My locker wasn't personalized and this added touch definitely set Woodhouse apart since there are very little amenities here. Not having the personalization on my locker didn't take away from the 5* massage experience but it is memorable. I've had similar quality massages for half the price, so I wanted to add this to show that the added value wasn't any different than other spas. When I entered the quiet room in the beginning there was wine there with my name on it and I appreciated it. I think this is standard just as the locker personalization is the same. The questionnaire asked for sizing for robe/shoes and drink preferences. I got a robe and shoes that almost didn't fit. I tried to try on other robes but none gave the coverage. Luckily, I had on a slip jumper I could wear underneath my robe until I got to my massage room to take it off. After my massage, the quiet room was noisy. Returning to use bathroom and wash my hands the soap dispenser in the bathroom was near empty. Staff should be mindful that although it's close to closing customers are still in the building trying to get the last little bit of a relaxation and pleasant experience. Dropping this from a 5* to a 4 (respectfully).

She took care to ask about any sensitivities and truly customized the experience to my needs. By the end of my service, I felt completely relaxed, rejuvenated, and honestly, I didn't want to leave the room--I could've taken a nap right there! I've shown up expecting to get my shot, only to be told the appointment doesn't exist or can't be honored. It's happened more than once, and it's unacceptable. The amount of time I've wasted trying to get this straightened out is beyond ridiculous. Any convenience this service was supposed to offer has completely evaporated. The staff seems uninformed, disorganized, and poorly trained in managing ongoing treatments like semaglutide. Save yourself the headache--look elsewhere.

Due to my challenging travel schedule, I no longer required the annual gym membership and notified corporate and their staff of the cancellation. But that is when things got ugly. Received text messages and unauthorized credit card charges. In fact, they recently attempted to run $300 for non-existing training services. It feels like they either hope you don't notice or you don't care. If this is true, it is unprofessional and illegal. I am not the only one who has gripes with O2, check out other platform reviews. If it's called a 3-month commitment, it's reasonable to expect that it ends after three months--not that it automatically rolls into another month unless you cancel 30 days in advance. Before I signed the agreement, Noah, their representative briefly went over the terms, but the 30-day cancellation notice was never explained. That detail should have been emphasized, especially since it directly affects billing. Overall, this felt misleading and disappointing. Transparency about cancellation policies is important, especially when customers are making a financial commitment.
