My favorite part of this spa is The Quiet Room. You go in before and after your massage and it is so relaxing. A great place to decompress and just chill. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel so special and celebrated for my birthday. Thoughtful birthday notes were waiting for me on my locker and with my selected beverage in the quiet room. It was such a lovely and personal touch. The true highlight, though, was my Lift & Firm Facial with Ann. Hands down the best facial I've had in many years! Ann was phenomenal--she had the perfect balance of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. She explained each step of the process without interrupting the calming atmosphere and used just the right amount of pressure during the face and shoulder massage portion (which was divine!). She took care to ask about any sensitivities and truly customized the experience to my needs. By the end of my service, I felt completely relaxed, rejuvenated, and honestly, I didn't want to leave the room--I could've taken a nap right there! My skin feels amazing and my stress just melted away. The entire experience, from the serene ambiance to the personalized service, was the perfect treat. I will absolutely be coming back, and Ann will be my go-to from now on. If you're looking for a place to unwind and feel genuinely pampered, try Woodhouse.

What should be a simple, scheduled treatment has turned into a chaotic, frustrating mess due to the complete lack of coordination between the nursing staff and front desk. I've had appointments confirmed in person--both by the nurse on duty and the front desk--only to have a different nurse cancel them at the last minute, sometimes without any notification at all. I've shown up expecting to get my shot, only to be told the appointment doesn't exist or can't be honored. It's happened more than once, and it's unacceptable. The amount of time I've wasted trying to get this straightened out is beyond ridiculous. Any convenience this service was supposed to offer has completely evaporated. The staff seems uninformed, disorganized, and poorly trained in managing ongoing treatments like semaglutide. Save yourself the headache--look elsewhere.

From my understanding when you book online you can tell how many people are already booked for that session. Overall love the idea as someone who struggles to sweat in the gym, this really does feel like a good sweat. It's also open 24/7, so for people with odd schedules, it works. I could not find a place to put the volume up but that was probably my own fault, I should have just asked. There is a small area with workout equipment, I'd say that I can imagine this area could get packed. It doesn't feel like enough space.

The manger then told me that I shouldn't have been told that and my only option was to pay $99 to cancel. After I explained what their employee told me, the manager responded by telling me that this is why it is important to review the membership agreement. If an employee is the one that recommended I wait then why would I question that? Do better and train your employees properly.

I'd been hearing for the last year about the benefits of the cold plunge. So I began researching…read morethe local area and Sweathouz came right up. I signed up for the $40 intro hour. There is some free parking near the business, but you'll have to walk a little bit since the entrance is in the middle of a pedestrian walkway. I was greeted by the staff and they introduced themselves by name. After checking in on the kiosk, the staff showed me to my room, which included the cold plunge tub, the sauna room, and the Vitamin C shower stall. There is also a timer over the door counting down from 60 minutes so you can track where you are in your appointment. There are plenty of light color options in the sauna, which I liked; it helps set whatever mood you may want. The sauna reaches as hot as 175 degrees and it won't take more than about 10 minutes to start sweating. The shower stall includes body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. And the plunge tub, well, I shrieked as my body hit the water. I shot out of there so fast I think I strained my shoulders. Ultimately, I did make it to 1 minute on two different occasions. It hurt like nobody's business, but I admit I would try it again. I was provided with towels, but honestly, I needed more than just three, especially since I did the cycle twice. Six or seven would have been needed! One of the best benefits is the abundance of entertainment options. They have TV hookups, as well as Bluetooth, which is what I used to play XM Radio from my phone and through the speakers inside the sauna. A cold plunge is not for everyone, but it is definitely worth trying, if you're feeling bold.

**GOOD GYM, POOR CORPORATE ADMINISTRATION**…read more I travel a lot, but when I joined O2 last year, the front desk was helpful, kind, and informative (shout out to amazing Sydney). I had a personal trainer who helped me for several months to achieve my fitness goal for an event. Gym and equipment were solid, customers were friendly. Due to my challenging travel schedule, I no longer required the annual gym membership and notified corporate and their staff of the cancellation. But that is when things got ugly. Received text messages and unauthorized credit card charges. In fact, they recently attempted to run $300 for non-existing training services. It feels like they either hope you don't notice or you don't care. If this is true, it is unprofessional and illegal. I am not the only one who has gripes with O2, check out other platform reviews. Judging by the reviews I assumed my home location (Morrisville) was better. I'm wrong! I like the space here. Mostly clean and smaller but has more than enough room for comfort. I found there to be fewer people. My normal location (Morrisville) has high traffic throughout the entire week even on Saturdays. My workout was nice here. The carpet can stand to be replaced in the area near the elliptical. Besides that, it's nice here.
