Shuang provides deep pressure and does a thorough job. She remembers what I like. Shuang did do prenatal massages while I was pregnant and it was very relaxing. The front desk staff is always very friendly offering water and a hot neck wrap after checking in. They are pleasant to ask questions regarding your membership and appointments. The lobby is a nice area to sit in. Their bathrooms are always clean. The only unfortunate part is right now there is construction next door so you can hear it through the walls during your service. Typically noise isn't noted, so hopefully the construction will be done soon.

Upon completion of my service, I was told that gift card funds could not be used as a tip. How absurd!
