Which was uncomfortable because the lights were bright and you're supposed to relax when getting any massage. They only had two people working , my time started and the person doing my massage was busy cleaning up a room where two people had just had a massage, he had to be called out to service me. It seemed like the massage was very limited to the rubbing of your legs for too long and not enough concentration on the foot rub as far as my friend was concerned they were doing something to her and she had to ask three times for them to stop. Unfortunately, overpriced for what you get.

On July 11th, I received a call asking if I would be willing to move my 4:00 appointment to a later time. I declined and requested keeping the 4:00 start. I arrived at 3:45 and was told my appointment was now at 4:30. They did acknowledge that the text confirmation was for 4:00 but there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak with a manager (as this was now the second time this happened at this location with the last resulting in a cancellation on their part), I was told by the front desk staff "I can't contact the managers at this time as they may be in a meeting and I don't want to bother them". I was also not given the option to cancel with no penalty - I either had to accept the later time or lose the cost of the full appointment.

Sometimes I'm on my feet, bearing weight on either of my legs, straining my hips and lower back, or hunching over when I'm sitting at a computer for hours at a time. What's important to me when getting a massage is good technique, communication, and diligence. Rose has made a good impression on me since the beginning. She listened to my issues, applied the right techniques and pressure on my problem areas, manages her time very well, and provides me constructive feedback on my body and ways to prevent further injury. I was late to my first appointment and even with the time shortage, she was still able to hit everything. She gave me some good advice afterwards and I did not hesitate to make another appointment! I trust this woman with my body and that is saying a lot! She is experienced(Thai massage, sports, etc) and very passionate about her job and it really shows. I recommend her to anybody in the area.
