They said they could change the date so we could be with two women but we had already planned this night so I said it was okay. We came in for our couples massage yesterday and my partner and I both had bad experiences. My therapist barely felt like she was touching me - it was so light, it was ticklish. She didn't ask me once how the pressure was or anything either. She didn't do my arms and only part of my legs. I didn't like the hot towel because then I was just cold after. My partner's therapist didn't even do her legs! Completely said "Sorry, I ran out of time." This is a 60 minute massage and you don't have a basic structure? It's frustrating spending money on a service that isn't fully completed. When we told the front desk she was apologetic but just suggested coming back and they would let us do it again at a new client rate - which I don't think is satisfactory for the problem. I'm a student and splurged to have a good experience and was left with more pain than when I came in. Just an unfortunate waste of money.
