Noah gave me the best massage i have had in years! His flow was smooth and the pressure was perfect. Very relaxing environment. I felt like i was getting a massage on the beach! I will be back! read more

I scheduled an appointment online on July 3rd for an 80 minute massage on July 11th from 4-5:20. I received a text confirmation with the 4:00 time. On July 11th, I received a call asking if I would be willing to move my 4:00 appointment to a later time. I declined and requested keeping the 4:00 start. I arrived at 3:45 and was told my appointment was now at 4:30. They did acknowledge that the text confirmation was for 4:00 but there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak with a manager (as this was now the second time this happened at this location with the last resulting in a cancellation on their part), I was told by the front desk staff "I can't contact the managers at this time as they may be in a meeting and I don't want to bother them". I was also not given the option to cancel with no penalty - I either had to accept the later time or lose the cost of the full appointment. read more

Lovely massage, great masseuse lovely location, and interior design however, I should not get taxed on my tip!

great massage therapists! Sabrina was wonderful. Always a good experience and the staff is wonderful too!

The Now is my favorite! Every therapist is excellent and offer great feedback. I recommend Diamond, Devonte, And SaBrina. Plus Shae and Guy will take good care of you when you arrive. read more

Horrible and doesn't care about consent, nor the ability of a woman to make her own decisions about her own body. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money nor time here. read more

Great message therapist. I will be coming back often. They cater to your every need. The atmisphere is super relaxing.

The vibe when you walk in sets the tone for me. The space is pleasing to the eye, but empty in terms of personal warmth, a sense of well being or comfy vibe. The entire experience and transaction was all very mechanical. I was asked to arrive 15 min early and I sat there alone for more than 5 minutes. When a woman finally walked out front, there was no warm greeting or any sense of welcome. Simply asked my name and stated "I was now checked in". I was gifted this massage and made sure to schedule a service allowing the remaining balance of my gift card to serve as the tip. Upon completion of my service, I was told that gift card funds could not be used as a tip. How absurd! Wanting to do the right thing for my massage therapist, I used my credit card to provide a tip and only discovered once I saw the receipt that I was charged an additional .90 cents to do this! I was not informed of this surcharge. Overall, there is a lot left to be desired to make this venue the whole package. read more

Pleasant vibes all throughout made this a great experience!! My therapist was also fabulous and took the time to make me feel comfortable and like I was genuinely getting a more personalized massage. read more

The address you texted me (370 S. Walker) wasn't the right address. The lobby was not warm and inviting. Just a few hard seats. I did like the sound of the waves, and Devontae did a good job. I liked that he asked me how much pressure to apply. The stones weren't very hot and they cooled off fast. It would be better if you soaked them in a crock pot with hot liquid. The room was very minimal and the table was comfortable. When I saw all the rooms in a row, it felt like I was in a stable. Checking out felt like an assembly line. I think you could do better to soften your place and make it feel more inviting. read more

I booked an appt almost a month ago for an 80 min massage as a treat for an anniversary. less than an hour before my appt time today, I got a call that the therapist wouldn't be in until half an hour after my appt time, and had a booking an hour after, so I would either need to go with a 50 min or reschedule. For a place with a standard cancelation policy and early arrival for clients, I'm truly not impressed that they had to bail on my appt less than an hour from when *I* was supposed to be there without making any offer as an apology. read more

I had a mixed review because I had a wonderful experience but my husband's wasn't as great the first time around. Fortunately, this has since been addressed by the manager who took the time to reach out, hear the concerns and resolve the issue. I'm so appreciative of their care for their customers. Masseuse Brenda, is amazing!! Her pressure was perfect and she really listened to what I needed/asked for and is such a sweet person; highly recommend! The atmosphere is so calming, quiet and makes you feel like you're away on a beach. Don't hesitate to treat yourself at NOW! read more

This was my first visit to Now. It is very clean and nicely decorated. I walked in and checked in immediately and was seen within minutes of my appt time. I booked a 50min deep tissue massage. Calli was my masseuse and she was wonderful. She listened to my needs and executed flawlessly. The pressure was great and I left feeling very relaxed. I recommend visiting their business and requesting Calli. read more

Superior. Amazing. So relaxing. Parking is in the garage behind it, on Walnut St. They have water, including an optional water with lemon and cucumber, and a restroom for before and/or after your massage. read more

Booked an appointment and they cancelled and tried to get me in another day but it was several days away. So disappointed.

Signed up for their membership and have been here a few times now. I've booked with a few different massage therapists, all are really good! The one whom I'm starting to book more frequently with is Sydnie. I struggle to stay awake as it's just too relaxing. Highly recommend! read more

I love the vibe! I have signed up for a membership at the Cary location but have yet to find a favorite masseuse. I've been to this location and the Raleigh/Brier Creek, I tend to like this location better. I enjoy the ambiance and the ocean sounds, it's very relaxing. I like that they don't try to upsell you. I feel like each masseuse has their techniques and wish each experience wasn't different. The best part is there is no talking or small talk as the ambiance doesn't allow it. This is a newer space so I'm giving them some grace. I tend to visit in the late evenings and hate there's no parking close by, there is a parking structure which is always empty. Although we are in downtown Cary, I don't like feeling uneasy as I walk to the structure in the dark. I've enjoyed the membership and like that I cancel anytime. read more

I'll preface this by saying I do not get massages often, it was a date night idea as my husband and I both needed some R&R. The candles and body oils for sale are stellar. The staff is superb, however my biggest complaint is the membership. I signed up thinking we could make it a regular date night spot - we ended up not using it, no big deal it's 82$ a month and you get some good perks, however cancellation was what one would imagine leaving Scientology is like. You have to personally email them, then email again confirming as they respond "are you sure" before they send you yet another email you have to sign and fill out, and then are told they HAVE to bill you for another month??? Incredibly shady. We won't be returning here, and it's a shame I would have bought more merchandise and likely spent more than the membership. read more

Update: the manager in fact did not call. But a responsible and respectful member of their staff, Dequan, took care of things, processed the cancellation, ensured I would not be charged again, and called me to give me a status. He also made sure to let me know I that I had 90 to used my left over credits (which I also did not know). I appreciate his assistance. It's just unfortunate that things get don't only after you complain or make a review. Original review: It's truly a shame. While their location is lovely and a couple of massage therapists are skilled; I also care about administrative service and transparency. I was introduced to this place by a friend who gifted me a massage (she is in Canada). When I went to my appointment I made sure to update the records to reflect my information. Next time I got service on my own, my friend in Canada was charged for it. The manager takes her time in answering messages and you often times will have to call a few times before being able to talk to anyone at all. Leaving voicemails also leads nowhere. After that, I enrolled on their membership service and I was told I could pause the service or cancel at any time. Guess what, not at any time. When you go do that it's when you find out they need a 30 days notice so your next charge will happen no matter what. What was I told instead? "Yeah, the manager will call you as we need to put you on a list for cancellations." You also can't cancel your membership online. Do not get the membership and be very cautious about putting any card on their system. If you go, because as I said, some therapists are very good, just pay and don't let them keep your card on the system for "convenience". Transparency and open communication is essential no matter the business. read more

Obsessed with my monthly membership I have an established go to therapist. My massage is always custom tailored to what my body needs. The space is tranquil and clean. The staff is kind and welcoming. What more could you ask for? read more

I started my membership at the Now in Midtown which in my opinion is excellent however since my therapist left the Midtown location I thought I would try the Cary location since it was closer to home. I will never go back to this location again. I booked an 80 minute online for my husband and I when I arrived he had a 50 minute and I had a 80 minute. Bless her heart the new admin was new so she had no idea what to do. I had been at Now since Midtown opened always booked my appts online never had this happen. Although my email read 80 and online appt read 80, a 50 minute was scheduled. I feel like they manually changed the time. Secondly, the therapist offered no hot towels at the end like they do at Midtown. Folks go to Now at Midtown. I will never come back to the Cary location. Lastly there was no bedside manner. Now at Midtown is better than this location. read more

I paid for my Daughter to get a massage on Sunday 9/15. She got a massage from Quinten and said what a waste of money it was, light pressure and awful. The staff prior to the massage told us Quinten could not provide deep tissue as an add on, why did they book 2 massages for deep tissue then? We told the staff afterward her massage was horrible and have yet to hear back from them. I on the other hand received an amazing massage from David. read more

First time getting a massage here and it was great experience. The atmosphere and service were excellent. I actually was running behind but no one made it a big issue. Calli was my masseuse and she was wonderful! Been having neck and shoulder pain and this was the cure. I suggest parking at the parking deck near the library and it's a 2 min walk from there. read more

I booked Sabrina and got a deep tissue massage. My sister booked Calli and also got a deep tissue massage. Both of the massages were wonderful. Sabrina listened to what I shared with her and spent more time on the areas I asked for help on. I've been to several higher end spas (including some in the Raleigh area that I will not mention by name) and after experiencing this place, I would recommend this over those. The price point is great, the people are kind and inviting, and I got an incredible massage that really helped me. Thank you, Sabrina! read more

Best massages I've gotten are from this location! It feels so peaceful and clean & calm. Brenda & Nicole are both incredibly amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone for a self care day here! Should've known what I was getting into when the girl at the front desk told me my masseuse couldn't do deep tissue, they should have been up front and honest about how each person works. Frequent stops in my massage and little to no pressure, left that place feeling worse than I came in. Quinton asked me what he could focus on during the massage and didn't even touch any places that I asked for. One of the worst massages I've had. On the bright side my mom had David and loved her massage. read more

Brenda was wonderful! I love the beach sound while receiving a massage. The atmosphere is very Zen. I will definitely be going back.

They were patient gentle and attentive. The only caveat I would add was I was confused about the à la cart services. Once it was explained, it made sense. I would certainly recommend this to anyone that's looking to feel like they need to escape for a few. read more

David was incredible! He was able to listen to my needs and had the most breathtaking experience. Will definitely be back!

10/10 treat yourself to a great massage, it was so relaxing and relieving. I had a great experience and definitely going back!

I came here and seen Brenda, she is an awesome massage therapist with a very healing touch. I have also been with a few different therapist whom i am very pleased with as well. The vibe is outstanding, calm, and the front desk girls are so polite. If there is ever any issues they are approached and fixed immediately and i am now a monthly member due to their excellent services. . read more
