On July 11th, I received a call asking if I would be willing to move my 4:00 appointment to a later time. I declined and requested keeping the 4:00 start. I arrived at 3:45 and was told my appointment was now at 4:30. They did acknowledge that the text confirmation was for 4:00 but there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak with a manager (as this was now the second time this happened at this location with the last resulting in a cancellation on their part), I was told by the front desk staff "I can't contact the managers at this time as they may be in a meeting and I don't want to bother them". I was also not given the option to cancel with no penalty - I either had to accept the later time or lose the cost of the full appointment.

Also, you can only get a reservation Monday-Thursday if you are not staying at the hotel. Again, as others mentioned, the online booking tool is ridiculously inefficient. You have to click on each day to find an opening. Who has time for that? That said, they do open up to non-guests the day of IF the hotel guests don't fill all the slots. But how do you even plan ahead for that? If they upgrade the booking tool and perhaps open up a few slots for non - hotel guests on weekends (before the weekend of), this would easily be 5 stars.
