If you don't mind receiving massage from bored workers who look very disinterested in their jobs, this is the place for you. Light to medium pressure is the maximum you will receive (this is coming from a man who has had a massage only from women here...) despite requests for strong massage. Raleigh does not have a lot of great options for good massage but I would look elsewhere first before paying money here. read more

There's nothing better than walking all day around the mall and getting an acupressure foot massage from these guys. Their 2nd floor locale is by the escalators next to a nail salon. You can't miss it, above their door is a sign that reads "Health First". This is where I like to go. I always get the 20 minute back rub and 25 minute foot massage. Their set up will remind you of a nail salon. I was really surprised how many men were in there. So many, I thought more than massages were being given out but what do you know, I was wrong. What's great about a place like Health First is that you can keep your clothes on for a back rub. You can come in for a simple foot rub too. If you're on the go, it can be as little as 10 mins long. Should you want something longer, they'll let you soak your feet in tea infused warm water. A warm blanket and pillow are also provided. It's easy to kick back, close your eyes and enjoy your reflexology massage. In my humble opinion, a massage from these guys has felt way more therapeutic than any of the services I've received at Massage Envy. They also have tables in the back room for those who want longer massages or prefer to take their garments off. However, I don't personally recommend it. Today was my first visit and it was great. Between the hellacious heat and being generally tired, I was still sore from an earlier gym session this week. I had noticed the massage kiosk in the lower mall but I didn't really want to be on display for all the passerbys. As I was leaving the mall, I passed by their storefront location and one of the masseuse asked if I would like to step into the store for a complimentary 5 minute back rub. I was hooked after the first minute. I eventually settled on the seated upper body and foot and leg massage. The cost was $48.00 + tip for about 45 minutes of massage. Well worth it to me. I left feeling much better. They offered a frequent customer card which I hope to use. The staff is friendly and very good at their job. I was surprised by how such a petite lady could work me over. I have a really bad back and have to get a massage twice a week, this is the best massage I've ever had. They also do feet as well as chair massage. I was never into taking all my clothing off for a massage so it's nice to sit on the chair and get a quick massage without having to get nude lol. read more

My son wanted a massage experience... he was hoping for a beautiful female but I crushed that fantasy lol nonetheless he enjoyed a relaxing neck, shoulder, back, arms and legs massage. The gentleman were professional in providing this service. I believe our teenagers need the relaxation they also have stressful weeks. Came to visit from out of town. My massage therapist was very professional and friendly. He got all the kinks out of my back and helped my injured ankle and wrist feel a lot better. I've been to a lot of massage and reflexology places around the world and have to say this is one of the better ones. I got the hour body massage and hour foot massage. The foot massage put me to sleep right away that I had to catch myself from snoring. If I'm ever back in the area I will definitely be back! read more

Love this place! First things first, I'm an impromptu type of girl. I hate the stress of making appointments and trying to get there on time. No need with this place. That being said, something "5 minutes" wait really means 20 minutes, but I'm not complaining. The foot massages are my guiltiest pleasure ever. I'm addicted to those things. I've done the table massages and the chair back massages too. Love the options. I always go to their actual store front right outside of Dillard's on the 2nd floor.
