We waited 35 mins to be shown to our room and the massage was very awkward. Being a massage therapist myself, so many things were very off. We asked for Swedish massages and I had to ask several times for them to lighten up on the pressure. They gave heavy pressure directly on the spine as well as main artery areas. They were very kind in trying to assist us, but I think there was a major language barrier. Also, they may not be licensed properly because they were doing so many things against code. I gave 2 star because the place was clean but there was nothing else that was good. We paid $220 total including tip for each person. As a provider, I could not leave without tipping them but hands down the worst massage we have ever received.

When I entered the front desk employees were super friendly and got me all checked in. As others have mentioned I really appreciated the calm and relaxing vibe. You can tell they really put a lot of thought into their interior design. Not something you always see! The only thing I wasn't expecting was the massage room I'd basically one huge room with different cabana esq tents set up for each client. Since you don't have your own room your masseuse has to really whisper and you can hear when other clients next to you are arriving or departing. It wasn't bad, just different. They do have wave music playing to try and drown out any noise. My massage was great and my masseuse did a wonderful job. The prices were reasonable and I could see the membership being a solid deal if you wanted to visit monthly.

I arrived on Saturday and the building was locked and they completely ghosted me. I texted several times and called twice with no answer or response. As people do, I had made arrangements and plans for that day around this massage, and to no call/no show/no answer is unacceptable business practices. It's nearly a week later and I've yet to hear back. Upon checking Google reviews, it seems to be pattern that this business does not honor Groupon customers - but keeps selling them on Groupon!

The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful getting me setup for my first visit. My massage therapist was Bliss and I really enjoyed it. This isn't a day spa, so I do feel like you have to have that expectation going in. For the $85 price it was exactly what I was looking for.

Horrible experience. The staff was really disappointing…read more Laura, I believe is her name, should not be a manager. She's no help at all and absolutely does not care about her clients. She takes no accountability, nor do her workers. She claims so, but that's not what was portrayed. She refuses to believe that her employees can make mistakes just to protect the company's image, absolutely pathetic, considering they did lie, make mistakes and some are incompetent. They all lied by insisting certain information was went over and discussed during the consult, such as risks, which was not. Grace definitely did not go over risks. Rachel did when I asked but also persisted it was covered by Grace previously and Desiree, whom I have never seen regarding fillers. They made the mistake of noting inaccurately in their system that I'v seen Desiree twice about fillers when I haven't. It was Grace instead, and only once. Grace unfortunately isn't as experienced as she should be. My consult with her was not informative. She barely knew how to answer my questions properly, hesitated and did not even bother to show me any sample photos at all considering this is a big procedure. I'm sure this wouldn't be the first complaint against her expertise, and I know they all know it, including the manager, Laura. Never also seen a place that didn't have photos to offer to go by. This led me to ask many questions during the day of my procedure. Rachel in a way was rushing to get started so my numbing creme wouldn't ware off, which ended up waring off 6 hours later... So... I can conclude that there was plenty of time to ask as many questions needed. This is where I explained that I hadn't had these questions discussed previously and therefore is crucial to have them answered. Rachel argues and insists that I'v had a consult twice with Desiree based on the "notes" on the computer which were inaccurate. I did not have any consults with Desiree regarding fillers, only laser hair removal over more than a year ago. I blame the person in charge for all of this, whether the workers are dishonest and/or incompetent, full accountability should be taken by Laura the manager. Yet, no accountability was taken. Whether you're also a loyal client or not, which I certainly have been, guess that definitely doesn't fall in with them. I'v been with Rita for probably a little over a year for laser and had planned 3 other future procedures. Like I said, it does not fall in with them. I don't recommend this place.

From the very first appointment, she took the time to understand my skin and its needs, recommending treatments and products that have genuinely made a HUGE difference in my skin. She also has a long-term approach to skincare, which I LOVE, and I've never once felt pushed toward unnecessary treatments--which is one of my biggest pet peeves!
