I was there this week after work for a much needed and overdue massage! This visit, I found time on the calendar with Brittany, who is an excellent therapist! She is extremely communicative, applies great pressure (checking in just the right amount to make sure the level is correct), and provides a very soothing and relaxing massage experience. I like medium-firm pressure and today I walked out of my massage feeling like butter. Highly recommend!

She was always very communicative about what she was doing and wasn't shy about giving more pressure if you wanted/needed it. She skillfully found all the tight spots that needed extra attention. It was the perfect combination of both a zen spa treatment and a nice deep tissue sports massage. I will definitely be back again!

I called in Apex spa to fix this. Their response was, I purchased this online and they couldn't help me, and I now have to call corporate (which I thought was very confusing). I was unsuccessful with corporate to get the correct personel. I called Apex spa again, spoke with a manager who agreed I was owed, the (2) $50 gift cards. He said he would email corporate to get an answer for me. It's been weeks, no response, no follow-up. My advice: Buy local and avoid places where all they want is your money!

1 star: Unauthorized charge months after visit, zero communication…read more I purchased a gift card here as a birthday present for my wife. Getting any response from this business before the visit was already a challenge - calls consistently went to voicemail with no callback. During her visit, my wife had a card placed on file. What we were not told: that an appointment would be booked months in advance on her behalf, that a 100% cancellation fee applied, or that they would charge her card without any reminder, confirmation, or heads-up of any kind. No call. No text. No email. Just a $100 charge appearing on her statement months later for an appointment she didn't know was still active. When I contacted the business to dispute this, I received five consecutive emails restating their cancellation policy - no acknowledgment of the lack of communication, no goodwill, no attempt at resolution. A cancellation policy is only enforceable when the customer is actually informed. Booking someone six months out and charging their stored card with zero follow-up in between is not a policy - it's a trap. There are plenty of massage businesses in the Apex area that treat customers like people. I'd start there.
