Both times I've been Kelsey was our guide and she is amazing! She walks the group through what is going to happen and explains the known benefits of time spent in a salt cave. She offers blankets, hot stones, and eye masks for the experience. It is so relaxing being in the zero gravity chairs listening to the calming music and enjoying a moment that is not filled with all of the noise, stress, and chaos of everyday life. The first time I went was for a girl's day out. Four of us went and we all loved it so much! I told my Dad about how amazing it was and he wanted to go for the health benefits. I gifted him a salt cave experience for father's day and we took my mom and my husband with us. My dad really enjoyed it and said he has not experienced any pain in his feet since going which is amazing because he experiences pain in the soles of his feet every day. Seems like a new health benefit has been unlocked! I (and my dad!) will definitely be back and I highly recommend that everyone has a salt cave experience! They also offer massages which I have heard are amazing but I've not booked a massage myself.

The zero gravity seats that vibrate and the sounds, and additional options just made the experience so relaxing and very much needed! The room was a comfortable temperature with the heating pad on the seat, you are given a blanket in case you do get cold. I loved the details and information we received on what to expect and what was going to happen! The mint tea at the end was also such a wonderful touch! All in all I am ready to go back! I have already started looking into a membership!

It is an older place than I am used to however it was clean and inviting. The Salt room was perfect. It was exactly what I've been looking for since we moved. Laying on the heated jade mats and breathing that salt air was super healing. Didn't want to leave. I will be back again to experience the different modality's offered there. Look forward to an update. :-)

We both had our consultations with each therapist and went through the problem areas, if there's been surgery anywhere, etc.. After the consultation I got to choose the the scent I wanted and chose to mix mint and rose oils. The whole experience was so soothing that we felt like we were on cloud 9 when we left. We are most definitely coming back, although we will probably do separate sessions instead of a couples session next time so there's more privacy and we don't bother the other person (more relaxing that way I think). They offer a monthly massage program with senior therapists and as well as other packages if monthly isn't for you.

Emilee is the newest to join and offers a great sports massage!! It's about $80 per an hour. The ladies also take tip via Venmo, which makes it easier. I also had the pleasure of joining their Saturday morning yoga class with Becky in the barn. $12 for 1 hour. The barn easily accommodates a large group and a nice breeze and fans in each corner made the morning yoga session just perfect. They have yoga mats, blocks, and knee pads available for use. I also joined the late morning sound bath session with Carrie. $35 for 1 hour. The hour went by so quick. It was so relaxing and calming. Carrie utilizes a variety of bowls and instruments to general sound and vibrations over and around us in a guided relaxation session. They have yoga mats and pillows available for use. Between the yoga and sound bath, Lori brought out light refreshments to include ice tea, blueberry cucumber water, gluten free honey bars, lavender and earl grey shortbread cookies, and a melon blueberry salad. Perfect for a quick snack in between sessions. The Barn is adjacent to the Spa and located at 112 Cedar Ridge Rd.
