It is an older place than I am used to however it was clean and inviting. The Salt room was perfect. It was exactly what I've been looking for since we moved. Laying on the heated jade mats and breathing that salt air was super healing. Didn't want to leave. I will be back again to experience the different modality's offered there. Look forward to an update. :-)

I noticed in the relaxation/waiting area, the owner had taken my recommendation to remove the pillows in an effort to really begin the relaxation experience. It felt a lot nicer to me as there was a Buddha statue and it looked like some rolling items to assist with the massage. I loved the change. Today I tried the salt room therapy. It was my first time and I was a little lost at the beginning but def got in the groove and relaxed during that time. I would recommend this service be used after the massage instead of before, but I chose before due to availability and it was still a nice experience. I had Alicia today as my massage therapist and she was AHHHHHHHMazing!! She found muscles I didn't know needed to be worked. She is def up the chart on therapists I would revisit! I also noted on this visit Alicia made sure I got my full 90 minutes of massage time and that made me so happy! This visit totally made up for my previous visit and I would not hesitate to book again. I also noted some awesome July specials and plan on keeping an eye open for future to special to use. I am so happy that the owner reached out to me and encouraged me to give this place another chance. The owner obviously cares about her business and experiences people have here. She listens and cares and actually implements suggestions that she is able to.

Emilee is the newest to join and offers a great sports massage!! It's about $80 per an hour. The ladies also take tip via Venmo, which makes it easier. I also had the pleasure of joining their Saturday morning yoga class with Becky in the barn. $12 for 1 hour. The barn easily accommodates a large group and a nice breeze and fans in each corner made the morning yoga session just perfect. They have yoga mats, blocks, and knee pads available for use. I also joined the late morning sound bath session with Carrie. $35 for 1 hour. The hour went by so quick. It was so relaxing and calming. Carrie utilizes a variety of bowls and instruments to general sound and vibrations over and around us in a guided relaxation session. They have yoga mats and pillows available for use. Between the yoga and sound bath, Lori brought out light refreshments to include ice tea, blueberry cucumber water, gluten free honey bars, lavender and earl grey shortbread cookies, and a melon blueberry salad. Perfect for a quick snack in between sessions. The Barn is adjacent to the Spa and located at 112 Cedar Ridge Rd.

This is why I only gave it 4 stars. The receptionist checking me out said the drip I got called "the firm" wasn't the kind that leaves you feeling amazing. I didn't feel bad. Just... not any different. Another person working there mentioned that it takes 3 months for the drip I chose to work. I asked what that meant and she elaborated I would need to return biweekly or monthly to see results. I wish that had been better explained to me. I get weekly b-12 mic combo shots weekly elsewhere so I'm usually feeling pretty good. But there is always room for feeling better! I was okay not getting a drop with B-12 but maybe that's what I was missing? Aside from not feeling any results, it was a great experience and I'm hopeful that in the coming days I will have a noticeable difference in my skin and overall hydration. I could choose where to sit, a lounge chair or upright chair. I could choose which side and my vitals were taken as well as a comprehensive medical check before we began. The staff was made of nurses and the IV didn't hurt at all. It took me around 40 min for the drip. I had it in my left arm so I could have my right arm free to be on my phone. I'm not sure if I will return... possibly if there is a special and I ask more questions and find out what drip will in fact make me feel "like a million bucks." A great thing was this service was covered by my HSA.
