I let the manager/owner know that three treadmills were broken. They "fixed" them, and out of five treadmills only one works. I was running at 6.2 and the belt just STOPPED. They should just remove the equipment that is broken so members do not get hurt. Another time, I was there, ceiling was leaking heavily, I was nice enough to clean it up, put a trash barrel under it and let them know it was really bad. The ceiling tile is caving in. They have not fixed this either, which is a safety issue as well. It's too bad, the gym is in a great location but I am going to a gym, paying double, but won't have to worry about getting injured while working out.
