What bothered us most was not simply the ClassPass policy--it was the way my wife was treated when she expressed a very personal and reasonable boundary. Instead of showing understanding, the manager repeatedly blamed ClassPass and made her feel like she was the problem. For a business offering such a personal service, professionalism, empathy, and respect for a client's comfort should be basic expectations. Based on how this was handled, I cannot recommend this place.
