She is extremely communicative, applies great pressure (checking in just the right amount to make sure the level is correct), and provides a very soothing and relaxing massage experience. Booking was easily done online, and the location was conveniently situated right near downtown Apex and easy to find as well. As for the massage itself, Brittany was a rockstar! This place is a hidden gem! I have had the pleasure of working with Ashley for a couple months and she truly has blessed hands. I always feel relaxed when I leave. Ashley is experienced and skilled with her technique, particularly catering to the needs of your body. She also uses hot stones and towels where necessary. I was initially nervous trying to get a massage during the pandemic but the office does a great job in cleaning and sanitizing between clients. While I thought Meredith C was exceptional, and that massage was one of my best experiences ever, I wanted to reschedule the appointment that I had previously set up. When I tried to do that, it wouldn't let me. So I cancelled the one I couldn't keep, and tried to schedule one that fit my new schedule. The system wanted me to fill out all the information I had done on my previous scheduling. I also never received the discount that I should have received with the coupon I had. I found Airmeith through yelp and google, where their ratings were incredible and I'm SO happy I came here. The ambiance is very clean, zen and inviting. Stacie is awesome! Before starting she asked about my problem areas and where all I would like her to concentrate on. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The massage was next level. She gave me so much time and helped open up my extremely stiff neck and back. Also, there were muscles and places I didn't even know existed that were stiff and sore. She gave me exercises to do at home to help loosen my back. Safe to say that I honestly don't remember when I've felt so relaxed. I have suffered with pf(plantar fasciitis) for the past 6 months. When I saw Heather for my massage she knew exactly what to do to alleviate the pain. She is fantastic! I can honestly say that the massages I've received are the best I've ever gotten, surpassing ones I've gotten at full-service spas like the Umstead. Stephanie took the time to understand what was going on with my post-partum body and knew exactly what to do for immediate relaxation and relief. The studio is intimate and warm, and a lot of what other spas charge you for is included here - like essential oils and hot stone work. Best massage in the area. Therapists are professional and their schedules are very flexible (open on Saturdays). I like that you can make appointments online and payments are quick and easy. Space is clean and the massage table is very comfortable (and heated). Prices are affordable and you get the full 60 or 90 minutes. I found Airmeith through a friend as I was tired of the big box massage places and I was glad I did. My massage was exactly what I asked for and the no additional charge oils she offered helped my chronic, gym induced shoulder pain. She used hot towels on my back and feet and even a hot stone at some point. My 90 minute massage lasted a full 90 minutes (actually, it was a bit longer because of the therapist's thoroughness).
