I have been a few times and brought my mother with me. She loved it too! They have a back room set up like a spa and you sit in a reclined seat, with a heated neck pad/eye cover and just get to relax. I don't know of many places where you can walk-in for a quick foot massage besides setting up an appointment with a masseuse. I have walked in every time without an appointment and wasn't rushed. I run into pedicure places trying to squeeze in more customers and my paint chips, isn't completely on my entire nail, etc. I also don't do gel and my polish actually lasts. This is not a place for acrylics or complex manicures, I even talked to a staff member that said they don't do much work with that service because of the noise, dust, etc. I get a simple manicure and it still looks good. They do have gel options! This is definitely a place for pedis and foot massages! read more

Just tried this place out and the pedicure was amazing, my feet were still tingling when I left! They were friendly and welcoming, offered a choice of beverages, nice relaxing music in a nice clean atmosphere. I should have stopped there, but I needed a manicure too and like to get it all done at once. I would not recommend the manicures... I think they should just stick to being a foot spa. Got a French manicure and that consisted of a thin crooked white line... and they charged an extra $10 for that! No hand/wrist rests etc... just didn't seem set up well for manicures. The lady who did the pedicure was nice and friendly. The staff is hardworking and courteous. I paid for this pedicure (from their menu) - Village Foot Spa($39) website menu states that it includes a 10-minute foot massage, hot towel wrap, callus treatment, sugar scrub and mud mask. The massage was good with the reflex points on the foot being massaged, but for 7 minutes. The mask was applied and removed in 1 minute. That seems to be totally a waste of putting the mask if it's removed so fast. Callus treatment was mentioned in this 'Village Foot Spa pedicure' but the lady said I need to ask for special callus treatment pedicure, to get that done. So no callus treatment was done even though it was mentioned for this pedicure. She scrubbed the feet with a nylon sponge, but not the foot file or the metal callus remover that scrapes the feet for dead skin. I also assume that pushing back and removing cuticles is part of a basic pedicure but that was not done properly. My main concern is that I still see the dead cuticles covering the nails of my toes and small sharp cuticle bits hanging from the toes. The nail polish did not dry even in 15 mins. That is my mistake that I should have checked after 15 minutes if it did dry. I'd give 10/10 for friendly staff but they need to give the treatment as advertised. read more

Sat down made me bleed twice with the drill, got frustrated when I said one of the tips was digging into the walls of my cuticle and proceeded to put gel polish on my nails. Pulled out hard gel and gaslit me into thinking the container with "hard gel" on it was "another kind of acrylic" and then proceeded to say they didn't do acrylic. Employees are very friendly and customer service appears to be important as they ask how the service was. This is really the ultimate experience for any foot massage enthusiast. You can choose from a variety of manicures or pedicures that vary in add-ons/duration or you can just opt to get a reflexology service. I've been here a few times now and get the "Lemon Fancy" pedicure, its about an hour long with 30 minutes of it being foot reflexology. Your experience starts by checking in on their iPad at the front and then you are taken to a private room with reclining chairs/sofas. Each room can hold at least two people if you're bringing a guest with you. Then your feet get wrapped in paraffin and the massage starts right away. The rooms are very quiet and relaxing and employees do their best not to have unnecessary conversations (even if they're in the same service room). After the massage, your pedi tub awaits you, and you get a nice thorough pedicure with all the bells and whistles. Now your feet are clean, fresh and relaxed. I had a great experience at Village Foot Spa yesterday! I have always driven past the place, and yesterday was the day I finally popped in to check it out. They offer traditional manicures and pedicures, but also offer the option to combine a pedicure with a reflexology massage. Brilliant! Firstly, they were filed down, not cut. I was there 2 weeks prior and had the exact service. I was not charged an additional $5.00. I literally went home and called several nail salons and shared my story just so I know I wasn't being unreasonable. 2/4 places actually laughed!!! I've been getting my nails done for 30 years and never heard of this. (Most importantly I didn't even get them cut- she filed them with that little machine!) OMG!! I visited this place because yelp has a solid 5 star!! I feel so betrayed by all the good reviews :-( . The only service that was good was the foot massage. First off, for mani, I didn't get my hands soaked. So, no wonder all my cuticles are still there!! The lady who did my pedi, clipped my nails with a filthy clipper she took out from the drawer, didn't even grab my toe, literally one hand on her lap, and the other hand had the clipper. I couldn't believe she was clipping my nails like that. Got even worse when she used one hand to dab polish all over my toes, not just the nail bed!!! Then whipped out the acetone and brush to clean up what got on my skin.. She spent more time cleaning the polish off my skin than applying the polish. Oh, and there was so much polish all over my toe, this was the best clean up job she could do. And she managed to miss removing a big chunk on my big toe. Will never be back. Ha, one last thing, they have a box of each exfoliating cream and gel at the pedi station. The lady who did my pedi, filed my toe nails, and used that same filthy file as a scoop for the cream and gel.. super gross.. wonder how much toe nail power is in that exfoliant creams.. --- Hannah, thank you for the message. Wow!! What a place! Was a very unassuming nail salon tucked in the Beaver Creek Shopping center extension next to TJMaxx. Made an appoint for my Daughter and myself for a full set of acrylics. While they tended to my Daughter, I was convinced to get a pedi. By far the BEST pedi i've ever had!! And for under $40! They sweep you away to a massage room where they gently but effectively, massage your calves and feet. Once competed, they escort you out to the main lobby where your pedi will now take place. What an experience!! Not to take away from the most perfect set of nails we've both gotten. Not thick, and very well done! I will not go anywhere else from now on. I went in to get my nail gel color changed for nails and toes. They charged me for the change of color gel price hands 23$ plus toes $33 then they charged me an extra $20 to take off the color. I thought that would be Included in the price for a "change of color" for your nails. So I paid $85 to change the color on my toes and hands. Very disappointing when takeoff color price is $10 and gel nail polish is $15 so I should've walked away for about $40 but they double dipped. DONT come here. Basically got groped by the man doing my massage. Honestly extremely traumatic and super super weird and inappropriate. And it would be one thing if it was a one time thing like an accident but he kept doing it and focusing on my upper inner thighs and I honestly was so confused and shocked and upset that I just froze. Worst nail salon experience. First no one spoke English. I had an appointment Sunday and showed up on time. I tried to explain several times what I wanted which is acrylic nails with dip powder. I already had this on my nails currently so i had to keep telling them I want the same thing like same shape and size as I do now and that took forever. I chose a pink dip color that I thought looked pretty. Later on, I come to find out it's a mood changing color. I'm sorry but I'm not 12 years old. I wanted pink classy nails not mood changing crazy pink colors. I kept asking her to file down the top of my nails because they were sticking out not looking like they are real. They look so bad because they are so thick that it looks like I went to a store and bought fake glue ons. It's horrible. When checking out, they charged $67 for this crap. I even called and asked how much this would cost. On the phone, they said $55. Of course, once you're there and they've already screwed up your nails they charge more. I couldn't stay any longer to get them fixed because I went on my lunch break. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks for the last 15 years and I've never been to as bad of a place as this. This is a nicely decorated salon that is very clean. I've been there 4 times now and have always liked the very friendly service and the way my nails looked when finished. The only issue I have is the lack of communication skills of the people working there. The man who runs the front desk speaks literally zero English past hello and goodbye. You have to point to what you want on a menu -there's no asking questions - and that doesn't mean you'll get what you're asking for if you need any variation of services. I was overcharged one time but couldn't communicate that to him so I just paid it. The next time I went in I showed the receipt to the manicurist (the only one in the building who can effectively communicate) and she price adjusted for me to make it right. They do a fabulous job on your nails; just pay attention to your bill and be prepared to nod and smile a lot. read more

Something had gone wrong here! Very very wrong. They started my pedicure in traditional pedicure chair and oiled my feet then put my flip flops on for me to walk to the back room for a massage. I was sliding all over the place and almost fell on the time. Once I finally slid my way to the back room I looked around and the room was so dirty. There was white stuff everywhere, maybe wax? I came here a few years ago and didn't have the best experience but I as in need of a pedicure before going on vacation and this was close by to work. The massage was great but the pedicure was terrible. I was the only one in the salon and the employees were so loud it was hard to even relax. I asked the tech to look at the corner of my nail it seemed ingrown and she goes and literally clips my skin deeply not the nail. While I know this was an accident and she said sorry you have to be very careful on what your doing to ensure you don't hurt someone or cause an infection. She cut my skin deep and it hasn't stopped bleeding in the last ten minutes. She further more paints my toes and they don't look great and than sticks a cotton ball on my toe where jt was cut and still tries painting the nail. I didn't even stay to let me toes dry and as I paid I said something about it and they gave me $10 back. It's not about the money it's about the lack or paying attention. And once I walked out lights went off- hope they plan to clean those tools because my blood was all over it. Stick with your regular nail place it's not worth these kind of experiences.
