Yeah, sorry guys this review is a year late I went in October 2024 during their grand opening with…read moremy cousin Diamond (Yelp Elite too!), and I still remember how much fun I had. Listennnnn, I really broke a sweat faaarealll. The staff was super upbeat early in the morning and I don't even like talking to people that early! But they were legit: correcting form, checking in, motivating you through every round. + The Workout ___________________ Classes start every 10 minutes so smart especially if you are a busy person. You rotate through 4 circuits, 10 minutes each, and the trainers guide you through the whole thing. It's intense! The vibe? Very community, not one of those gyms where you feel stared at. + Location ________________ It's in that big plaza in West Pines (you know, with Sam's Club or Costco). Tons of parking, but if you're late, that walk is brutal in the SoFlo heat. Inside is small but super clean, new equipment, and they use every inch of space. Grand opening had free towels, water bottles, and local vendors. + Customer Service: 10/10 + Overall Experience: 10/10 + Would I Be Back? ______________________ Probably not. I'm not spending a small fortune on fitness, especially when I have access to multiple gyms through a work app for just $40/month. As a RN, I try to be smart with my coins and this spot, while great, is just too pricey for the size and setup. From the Website Pricing Rundown _______________________________________ * Unlimited Monthly - $169 * 4 Visits - $99 * 8 Visits - $129 * Unlimited Yearly - $1,699 M-F: 7AM-7PM Sat-Sun: 8AM-2PM) That said no shade. If you've got the funds and want a HIIT experience with flexibility and structure, Sweat 440 is it. Well-run, motivating, and worth trying at least once they do give you a free trial so take advantage. This establishment has been Tamied™

We visited this studio while in Miami for my sister-in-law's bachelorette. The location was hard to…read morefind for non-locals, and clearer instructions for first-timers would help. The workout itself was great, but the experience was disappointing. The instructor gave no welcome or guidance--just told us to get on the machines. Directions were often based on local references (e.g., "face Brickell"), and when we weren't facing the right way, they repeated, "Again, you're facing Brickell." Obviously, as visitors, we had no idea where that was. Despite this, we gave it another shot the next day with our full group ( as we booked it weeks before ). We left early but got stuck in Miami traffic due to a bridge delay, arriving three minutes before class. Even after calling ahead, we were turned away because new students must arrive five minutes early--no offer to reschedule, just a blunt refusal. If this is their protocol, then they probably should have enforced it the day before when we also arrived late. I'm grateful they didn't, but the inconsistency is frustrating when you expect one thing and are then told there are strict rules. While we did get a refund, the lack of hospitality stood out compared to everywhere else we visited in Miami. If they improved customer service and gave better guidance for beginners, I'd gladly return--the workout itself was solid, and the studio has a cute vibe. P.S. For newcomers and even locals, you'll need to enter the building, show your ID to the lovely lobby attendant downstairs, and he'll guide you to Tremble, which is on the fourth floor.

Such a good workout! I loved this studio and the instructor was awesome…read more Tremble's Brickell location is in the mezzanine level of 1060 building. It has a cozy feel to it but the floor to ceiling windows give it city like vibe. The class was no joke -- good upbeat music, full body movements that focus on core strength and of course an empowering instructor to get you through the workout. Can't wait to go back!

I'd be lying if I said the idea of a gym that lowers the oxygen and increases the nitrogen in the…read moreroom to make your lungs work harder didn't sound intimidating. But after giving their first free class a try, I got hooked. If you haven't heard of Airlab, I highly recommend looking into it. It takes your typical group style HIIT circuit workout and elevates it, (pun intended), by creating an environment that challenges both your lungs and muscles in a completely different way. The concept is very unique. Before starting the workout, they display the current oxygen level and the equivalent altitude, letting you experience what it would feel like to train atop some of the highest mountains and iconic peaks. You'll burn more calories, increase cardiovascular health and most importantly, recover faster. The space and equipment are immaculate and each 45-minute session walks you through a variety of movements targeting upper body, lower body, core, or full-body, depending on the day. It keeps every class fresh, challenging, and never repetitive. They also do Hyrox training if you're into that. I'm also a big fan of all the coaches I've trained with. They're incredibly attentive, encouraging, and always making sure your form, pace, and technique are correct. If you're not used to training at higher elevations, like I am, there's definitely an adjustment period. I had to seriously pace myself during the first couple of weeks, and even now after a couple months in, I still listen to my body when needed. But if there's one thing I've noticed for certain is the improvement in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness. I'm genuinely seeing and feeling the benefits this style of training is doing for my body. Airlab has earned a fan in me, and I look forward to every workout and the progress that comes with it.

Timing and serendipity plus investigating website and reviews, I decided to set a preliminary appointment to visit location and discuss MY specific requirements and parameters. Conversation with owner Varun was informative. He listened and introduced me to Certified Personal Trainer Mike. All gyms have pluses, however, this is NO run-of-the-mill gym. There is science and research based benefit with AirLab's copyrighted process. Imagine working out on a mountaintop where oxygen is lighter. One's body is working at optimal effort. This is not about 'no pain, no gain'. The team are trained to work in this unique environment. As I walked outside after my first training session, I felt grounded in my stride having spent an hour inhaling purified oxygen; and actually walked four miles without effort. Whether placebo, positive thinking or reality, after just two sessions, others inquired what I was doing as they complimented my healthy glow. Yes, process and progress are a combination of good nutrition, self-care, etc.... Not just pumped muscles. Good health at any age takes: Information. Determination. Commitment. I thought I was in good shape before.....lol..... now the bar has been raised. I welcome the challenge...... and the RESULTS! Truly this is an ELEVATED EXPERIENCE ‼
