The place is small but they have everything you need for a good sweat including weights, bands, ropes, kettlebells, benches, machines, etc. The classes are usually small so pretty easy to follow what you are doing. They also have screens at the top so you can see the exercises that you are supposed to be doing. Coaches will also explain the moves and check what everyone is doing throughout the class. There is one good size bathroom with a shower and they provide towels. Staff is nice and welcoming and they keep the place clean and organized. There are usually a few more people training who are not part of the class but since classes have been on the smaller side it hasn't felt that crowded. I would like to go back and try their upper body classes.

I think I registered for their HIIT class but ended up doing their crossfit session. There was nobody at the front desk when I got there but a gym member approached me and direct me where to go. I then noticed that there were 2 classes happening at the same time and I ended up in the crossfit session rather than HIIT, but I was OK with the challenge. The trainer explained everything we were doing and suggested modifications for those who were feeling overwhelmed. There was a screen with the exercises and reps and you could write them on little white boards if you wanted to move around. I was feeling pretty good to be able to keep up with the guys even though I haven't done crossfit for a long time. The facility is really big, they have an area with weights and equipment and a separate area for crossfit. Parking is available just outside the gym. I would be going back to try their HIIT class since the location is convenient for me.

I know the work well so my expectations are not low. Having been to to Pilates place twice now, I can comfortably issue the full five stars. The studio and equipment are just beautiful. There is so much natural light coming into the second floor window and it's very clean. Plenty of parking although I live close enough to walk! Score. The climate here is very warm and welcoming. Also, they have towels and a water cooler. I think this is a nice touch. The little considerations really make you feel taken care of. Saved the best for last - the teachers are fantastic! Today I worked with JJ and I had another great instructor before. They are knowledgeable and accommodating. I was lucky enough to be alone for my group class this morning and JJ took the class exactly where I wanted it to go! What a treat. I highly recommend this Pilates studio for all - new or veterans!!

Before word started spreading about this place, I was one of two people in the afternoon class, but they don't care if it's a class of 1 or 10, they will push you and motivate you to improve your skills and build your strength. All the coaches are excellent, knowledgeable and make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. The facilities are brand-spanking new. Everything is squeaky clean. And I enjoy the team-oriented approach to their classes. We pair up sometimes and it helps build a sense of community within the gym. I also really appreciate that they change up the muscle group schedules so if you're only able to go Tuesdays, you're not just working out your lower body. They change the muscle groups every few weeks to keep the training fresh. And best of all, if you do the work, you see the results. Definitely a must try if you're serious about taking your training to the next level.
