This place is amazing! I've been doing Pilates with Nicole…read morefor several months now and it has literally changed my life. I was a big guy, as in tall and heavy when I started (less heavy these days!). Nicole took the time to evaluate my specific situation and tailored my training. When I started, I suffered from back pain caused by a small hernia in my lower back, not severe enough for surgery. After just a couple of sessions, the pain started to fade. A month into it, it was gone! Nicole's training had strengthened my core without putting my back in risk. Now, in addition of not having back pain, I am stronger, more flexible, and way lighter than when I started. Scheduling is a breeze, she is very flexible, understanding and fair. I would recommend this studio to anyone that wants to get stronger and healthier. Don't waste your time and money on "one size fits all" Pilates classes. This is truly a custom made experience and believe me. It pays off!!!

I have been working with Dina since April! I started seeing…read moreher because I could tell my eating habits were getting out of control and for the past 3 years I was gaining 5-7lbs each year and I knew that if I didn't do something it would get out of control quick. I had tried all the diets and plans out there and nothing worked. I havent been feeling great in general (tired, unmotivated) and felt like I was binge eating often. Dina was great because it became so much more than just having a nutritionist! To me it felt like a therapy session and I mean that in the best way possible! Ive leaned so much about myself. About food. About self talk and mindful eating. It has changed my life. Its changed the way i few foods, the way I think about myself and my relationship with food in general. Its become so much more than just trying to lose weight (which I have lost 5lbs do far!) but more importantly I FEEL amazing. And its all thanks to the help and lessons I've gotten from Dina!

I was impressed with how well she listened and the types of questions she asked. After the initial consultation, she performed acupuncture on me and targeted the points that are best for relaxation and sleep. She also came into check on me a few times to make sure the treatment was working. Even though I bought a Groupon for 30 min sessions, she saw that I was in bad shape and kept me there a few minutes longer since I was her last client of the day. That's the level of dedication to her clients that Silvia has. I left there feeling much more relaxed and slept peacefully that night. Since then I've been going back regularly and feel great every time I do. I highly recommend Silvia if you're looking for a seasoned acupuncturist who puts her clients first.
