And instead of offering me a refund, they had the audacity to leave a voicemail with a lie- indicating that I owed them $74.90.

My son has some back and chest problems since he went through such a growth spurt...he is a handsome 6'3" boy. His body just needs to catch up with his tall frame. All of these issues were depressing for my teen and he started to shut down until Paul encouraged and really inspired him! Paul educated him on eating better...more protein and more quality calories. Now he drinks protein shakes with kale, carrots and fruits everyday. He has gained a well needed 12 lbs in 2 months! Much of that is muscle weight too. He looks great and feels more confident! He enjoys riding his bike to go workout at Paul's private gym; he is totally self motivated now that he is hooked. He has never missed a session no matter how much homework he has. He goes 3 days a week and works on strength training to straighten his posture and build muscles to support his large frame. Paul's certified training expertise is evident because he really knows which exercises are needed for specific body parts and knows how to get results without injury. Plus, he keeps it fun and motivating for my teenager. He is a wonderful person, I totally trust him with my son and most importantly, he has earned my son's trust! I highly recommend him! It was actually very difficult to find a trainer for my son because it takes lots of patience, consistency, reliability and a special touch of encouragement to keep him smiling but Paul Drake and his personal training has proven he is the right man for the job!

The place has two different entrances, the GPS usually takes you to the back entrance where you have to walk through a hall to get here but they have signs all over so pretty easy to get there. Parking is available all around the building. The class was a good combination of weights and body exercises. We didn't use the punching bags but they have other classes that do incorporate boxing. The coach was good showing the exercises, everyone seemed to be familiar with the moves so there was no need to explain a lot which worked fine with me. There is one main room with the punching bag area and another area for weights and machines with a turf in the middle. I would like to go back to try other classes.

Attended my first boxing class here yesterday and was so happy I did!…read more 1) It was a real boxing class with boxing focused endurance and strength training not just a gimmicky cardio workout that other gyms tend to do. (Trust me! I've been to quite a few boxing classes all over Miami) 2) Instructor Frands was excellent! The perfect combo of coach who pushes, encourager, someone who cares and is passionate while also professional and funny! Also his knowledge is next level yet he maintains such a humility and grace when teaching. I learned SO much in just 1 class, he never made me feel silly for not knowing - I was actually encouraged to keep asking questions so I can enhance my stance, hand posture and body moments. So refreshing! If anything, I was slightly annoyed that other gyms didn't give the same attention to my movements, meaning I've been doing some things wrong for a couple weeks that could've been corrected if they had the same dedication to teaching true boxing. 3) The community was so kind, being my first time there others were helping me set up (not just at the beginning but throughout the entire class ), talking and laughing with me! There was a kindness that is usually cold in other gyms. as the newbie you tend to come in, and no one even acknowledges you. Not here! 4) The gym itself has a good flow and layout, quality equipment, it's clean and has everything you need to box, lift or grapple! Also I lost one of my wraps, but they had for purchase for $10! But be sure to bring your own gloves! 5) Almost forgot to mention, very key - there is ample parking! Huge props to the owners for the gem you've created in the heart of Miami! Can't wait to come back!

If you are looking for Tai Chi/Chi Gong classes in Miami there are not that many options so I was…read morepleased to find this place that is not too far from me. I tried their Tai Chi class in two different occasions and overall I was pleased with the experience. The second time I was there, I was the only student so I got a private session. The instructor was good at explaining what the class was about and provided details about the meaning behind the moves. In addition to martial arts like Kung Fu, Muay Thai they also offer kickboxing classes. They also have a lot of option for kids and teens. The place is spacious with a padded floor and an area with boxing bags. I visited using Class Pass but is sounds like they only allow it for the first couple times because at the end of the class the instructor offered class packages along with the need to buy the official uniform. Not sure if that is the case for other classes but it looks like they are looking for students who are committed to the practice. I think it's great that they take things seriously but it would have been nice to have more flexibility. I would like to go back to try other classes.
