They have everything from 7 and 8 foot walls, inverted and tilted walls, a spear throw station, an Olympus, Twister, monkey bars, ropes, 400lb tires, and rings. I signed up for a free class online since I was only visiting. The staff and members couldn't have been more welcoming! Coach Chris and David were so helpful, offering so many tips for approaching various obstacles. Just with their careful coaching, once daunting obstacles became a cake walk. It was a blazing hot and humid evening, but their 1-hour class quite literally replicated an actual Spartan race -- 4 miles total with various obstacles and exercises sprinkled throughout. It was quite the challenging workout! Killer! I wish I was able to make it out to one of their free beach workouts offered on the weekends at 7:30am and 8:30am at the Cadillac Hotel, but unfortunately bachelorette shenanigans make it difficult to wake up early. XD Know that they are an elite facility! They don't just offer an OCR program either. They have defense and HIIT style of workouts. They even have an awesome kids program which teaches them ninja and acrobatic type of skills. Little Haiti is nearby and a very troubled neighborhood. They work very closely with the at risk youth there by offering a safe haven to them. The facility is otherwise in Little River and towards the back of a co-op of buildings in a rather safe area. There are even a couple of breweries neighboring it. I absolutely loved the overall vibe of this place! They don't offer classes per say and do function off of a program based system, keep in mind. I think it can get kind of pricey, but you WILL get your money's worth. The coaching offered here is nothing short of superior.

Second of all, it is filled with every kind of OCR obstacle you can think of, and even some fun ninja stuff complete with airbags for a safe landing. The parking is ample and The bathrooms/showers are spotless. The front concession area is stocked with water, Gatorade, pre workouts and recovery bars/drinks. The coaches are soooo knowledgeable and welcoming. Trust me, I was scared AF when I first walked in and they did a great job of melting my fears away. Thank you FMA for welcoming me in to the Fam. :)

    V3Perform - Weights

V3Perform is the kind of gym that ruins all other gyms for you--because once you've trained here,…read morenothing else quite measures up. Walking into a big chain gym after V3 is like downgrading from a gourmet steakhouse to a gas station hot dog. The trainers? Absolute legends. They don't just know your name--they know when you're slacking, when you're sandbagging, and when you need that extra push that makes you question all your life choices (in a good way). They tailor every workout so it fits your body and your goals--then they make modifications that somehow still leave you sore in muscles you didn't even know existed. It's like personal training meets bootcamp meets therapy session. The equipment? Spotless, sturdy, and actually works (which is more than I can say for half the treadmills I've met in my life). Attention to detail is everywhere--weights racked neatly, space laid out so you're not dodging some guy curling in the squat rack, and bathrooms so clean you'd trust them for a protein shake taste test. The vibe is where V3 really flexes. This isn't some soulless chain where you're just another membership number. It's a small, locally owned business with heart. The people are friendly, the energy is contagious, and somehow you leave drenched in sweat but also weirdly happy about it. If I hadn't moved away, I'd still be here every week--grunting, sweating, and pretending I didn't almost cry during burpees. V3Perform isn't just a workout, it's a lifestyle upgrade... and a reminder that yes, you can survive one more rep.

Really enjoyed classes at V3P. I was looking for a place to work out in the area and found this…read moregym. Located on 87th street, really close to Biscayne Blvd. Parking is available in front of the gym, they share the parking lot with a couple of other businesses but no issues finding a spot. The studio is well kept and clean. There is a place to leave your belongings and a waiting area with a couch and a big mirror. They offer several classes, I have tried strength training with Alain and cardio boxing with Alexa. Both of them were really nice and welcoming and explained how the classes would run. For the strength training class, we used weights, bands, jumping boxes and body weight exercises. Alain explained all exercises and was checking on form. He even asked what type of music we wanted to listen while working out. For the boxing class, bring your gloves if you have them or you can rent them there. Alexa went through all the exercises at the beginning, the class is set up to spend half of the time using the punching bags and the other half doing other cardio exercises. I will be back to try their bootcamp!

Location is convenient, next to the Little Haiti soccer park in a new building that has other business, an upcoming area for sure. Parking in available on the street in front of the gym. There are areas where you can use the pay to park app but I think there are some spots that are actually free. I've taken their bootcamp and glute camp classes which are really similar in the sense that they use a combination of equipment, cardio, bike, ropes and weights. Glute camp focused on lower body while bootcamp is more strength and conditioning. They get a five star review because they always have several trainers checking on you to ensure good form and assisting with the machines. My only recommendation is for them to explain and demonstrate the exercises at the beginning of the class. Exercises are written on the board and they quickly go over them at the beginning but I think it would help if they instructors actually show how to properly do them. Once you go a few times you get used to the machines and probably need less direction. Class goes quick and time in between exercises is short so make sure you bring a towel to wipe after yourself if necessary. They also have wipes if you need them. I will be going back to get familiar with all their great equipment!

The vibes are very motivating - loud music, trainers checking on your form, and the workouts are super fun. I've done both boot camp (which i was terrified to do but it ended up being amazing) and glute lab (which is focused on lower body and is mostly girls). The circuit training is so fun that by the time it's over you wanna keep going. I will definitely be back!

The place has two different entrances, the GPS usually takes you to the back entrance where you have to walk through a hall to get here but they have signs all over so pretty easy to get there. Parking is available all around the building. The class was a good combination of weights and body exercises. We didn't use the punching bags but they have other classes that do incorporate boxing. The coach was good showing the exercises, everyone seemed to be familiar with the moves so there was no need to explain a lot which worked fine with me. There is one main room with the punching bag area and another area for weights and machines with a turf in the middle. I would like to go back to try other classes.

Attended my first boxing class here yesterday and was so happy I did!…read more 1) It was a real boxing class with boxing focused endurance and strength training not just a gimmicky cardio workout that other gyms tend to do. (Trust me! I've been to quite a few boxing classes all over Miami) 2) Instructor Frands was excellent! The perfect combo of coach who pushes, encourager, someone who cares and is passionate while also professional and funny! Also his knowledge is next level yet he maintains such a humility and grace when teaching. I learned SO much in just 1 class, he never made me feel silly for not knowing - I was actually encouraged to keep asking questions so I can enhance my stance, hand posture and body moments. So refreshing! If anything, I was slightly annoyed that other gyms didn't give the same attention to my movements, meaning I've been doing some things wrong for a couple weeks that could've been corrected if they had the same dedication to teaching true boxing. 3) The community was so kind, being my first time there others were helping me set up (not just at the beginning but throughout the entire class ), talking and laughing with me! There was a kindness that is usually cold in other gyms. as the newbie you tend to come in, and no one even acknowledges you. Not here! 4) The gym itself has a good flow and layout, quality equipment, it's clean and has everything you need to box, lift or grapple! Also I lost one of my wraps, but they had for purchase for $10! But be sure to bring your own gloves! 5) Almost forgot to mention, very key - there is ample parking! Huge props to the owners for the gem you've created in the heart of Miami! Can't wait to come back!
