My first massage was ok, solid but nothing that would have pushed me to return. She was kind, listened to my concerns, but I need very specific type of massage and therapy for my needs. She absolutely tried her best, it just wasn't up to par for me. My second massage with cupping was much better, from the owner Sara! Her technique was very good, and what I'm usually looking for. She did a great job warming up my body, slowly increasing mobility and stretching certain areas, and then isolated certain muscles and kneaded a lot of my tension out in the areas I expressed to her. I'm not sure if cupping actually does anything, feels more like a pseudoscience to me. But based on my experience, I would absolutely return for a massage with Sara. The space is absolutely beautiful as well, see pictures. I would recommend this business based on my experiences! I have not attended yoga or their sauna yet, so cannot comment on that.

They also have in the back of the gym dumbbells and kettlebells and stability balls so you can really do everything that you need to do right here! Plus this place is open 24/7 and the classes are always running so there's no excuse! I feel the soreness I used to get from other classes has lessened because of the heat, don't get me wrong you can feel that you worked your muscles, but you're not in agony! The options vary in intensity and you can try different ones so that was fun checking out the different speeds and spins of the machinery to my body. It took a bit of getting used to but definitely felt in the relaxed zone by the end. The receptionists were great to get you signed in- they have 6 chairs and a group was just leaving as we came in so worked out great for us, but if you want to be safe check online and reserve a spot! I liked seeing the saunas are meant for 1 or 2 people at a time so you'll have that all to yourself as well. The bathroom and showers seemed well appointed and a great rainfall showerhead. The whole space is well planned for relaxation without feeling like a car wash. I think their current offering of membership options still too pricy unless you really will be around 2 times a week (maybe worth it if that's your only you-time!) but their one off prices are still pretty reasonable and I would happily return and bring friends!

Several times I've been on the massage chair and someone will just come in and look at you. Not the most relaxing experience haha. Perhaps management should look into showing the prospective gym members photos of the massage equipment or just briefly explain what's over there. Because it's weird to have somebody stand there and show the massage equipment while you're sitting there trying to get your massage on, ya know. Crowded at peak hours. We all knew it would be. However, find your perfect time. There's often times little breaks in between the rush hours where it's not as busy. The movies they show... why are they almost always action or super hero movies... I prefer comedy and dramas but I feel like literally every time I visit the edge it's a super hero or action movie. Hey if that's your thing, perfect. But it gets old. Show some great comedies. Don't get me wrong, there's a few comedies throughout the month. But the majority of movies shown are action movies. The women's area... I was really excited for a women's area as my previous gym, LA fitness didn't offer this. But it's so small. All the equipment is RIGHT on top of each other and facing other equipment so you feel like you're staring at someone. And there's only four benches. So that's annoying. Especially when there's someone in there just taking the entire area by the benches by placing their bags and mats and stuff and talking over the entire area. It's hard to explain but you'll know what I'm talking about whencyo. Which actually happens a lot. Hint: ladies stop doing this haha. You ruin other people's workout. Share the grass and benches area!!! My piece of advice, it's more crowded in the women's area than the actual gym most of the time because of its size. Just workout in the main area. It's not worth the extra money a month. Overall, it's a great gym I would recommend to anyone. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great facility. Just a few little bugs and imperfections. Massage chair has been out of order for a week. And the staff acts annoyed when you wanna tan. Like you are bothering them. A general atmosphere of disarray, some broken cardio warmup machines, and now more stands trying to sell you things off to the side was all I could see. What a mistake. I lasted 5 minutes before leaving in disgust. Terrible gym, terrible people, somehow it's gotten worse. I've tried to ask for a refund of any sorts but they seem fit to bill me in full and repeatedly are now trying to refuse my ability to NOT sign up for another month.
