In the past four years I have had to deal with the construction of two pools, and a home. I've had quite a bit of experience dealing with contractors and salesmen, good and bad. Working with Sweat Decks was by far the best customer experiences I have had in quite a while. The initial meeting onsite with Nate was incredibly informative. He answered my questions and also addressed scenarios I hadn't even considered. His responsiveness and knowledge were on point during the pricing stage. After I decided to proceed, Heath took over as the primary contact for the project. Heath is the kind of project manager any company would be lucky to have. He was direct, informed, and didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes. His standards of cleanliness of the jobsite, quality of work performed, and communication skills were second to none. He was proactive in all aspects of the project. Alex and his construction crew did a fantastic job with the quality of workmanship and frankly they worked their butts off in the lovely Texas heat. They cleaned up daily and did their best to not allow the jobsite to be too intrusive on the rest of our backyard where my family spends so much of our free time. The sauna and cold plunge are top notch quality and work exactly as advertised. The training Heath did was thorough and straight forward, leaving me with no concern on what, when, and how I should maintain and operate both systems.
