They usually have one large production each year and classes are consistent throughout. The performances are a one of a kind show. They usually involve aerial silk dancers 50-200' in the air, dancers on harnesses, and sometimes dancers coming down by zip lines! The shows are quite a sight. The classes move at a great pace for both dancers and non dancers alike. No experience needed for beginners (level 1)! The courses are a fantastic way to build upper body strength and learn the art of silks. The instructors will start off with the basics and safety as you learn to "lock" into the silks to perform your first few moves (few feet up at first and moving towards flips and drops after some experience)! Overall, they put your safety and learning first so you can build a foundation to grow from. Try their 6 weeks course or reach out for a fun unique birthday party! My arms were super toned after my first series. Full disclosure, I have a dance background but not everyone did. It was about 50/50! Parking is super easy. There are about 10 spots out front plus an overflow lot that can easily hold 50+ cars.

I stood there for a moment trying not to interrupt, but when she finally looked up she seemed visibly annoyed, almost like a "what do you want?" expression. I let her know I was there for the Silks class and she told me to go to the building across the parking lot. The interaction felt pretty short and awkward. Aerial Silks is already intimidating if you have no experience, so having this type of first impression really made me question if I even wanted to patron the establishment. That said, the class itself completely turned the experience around. Ashley, our instructor, was fantastic. She was super patient, encouraging, and kind. Aerial silks can be intimidating if you're new, but she made the class fun and approachable. I ended up having a great time and almost forgot about the front desk interaction by the end of it. If the front desk experience had matched the quality of the class, this would easily be a 5-star review. I would definitely come back for Ashley's class, especially now that I know I can go straight to the other building.

Carly Choreographed my Wedding Surprise Dance!!!…read more My wedding was in August 2023, I struggled finding the right dance choreographer within less than 2 months and Carly was exactly the right choreographer for a surprise dance. It was perfect tempo, sexy (but not to sexy in front of family lol), and dance moves were a bit challenging but I practiced till I had it memorized in my head, but it was perfect! She understood what I was wanting in my surprise dance after talking and showing videos. She customized all of my songs and it was perfect! Carly always said "keep practicing" and that is the honest truth. A choreographer can only do so much. You must be willing to achieve your goals and if you really want to, you'll soon realize that Carly is doing 50% of what you are wanting to put a good show the rest is all you!! She really is a good choreographer. Even her personality is what I love most, I felt I had a connection with her and that is super hard to find. So thank you again Carly , I wished I found you in advance so you could've choreographed my first dance with my husband I know it would've been perfect with your help Also I have a 15 month old daughter, once she turns 15 years old, I know Carly will be the right fit for my daughter's quince choreographer. Especially since she did my little sister quince & it was a best choreography I ever seen. Will talk to you soon Carly

I was just stunned to be honest and didn't know who she was until she cut up ahead and I saw her. It was none other than the lady that literally owed me a $200 refund for selling me a 10 class pass for pole lessons WHICH SHE NO LONGER OFFERED. How can you forcefully cut someone in line (Who does that?!) who you also have stolen money from? Insane and biggest coincidence ever. Then again, I see she's stolen money from many people, refusing to give a refund, so for her to bump into one of them isn't actually unlikely. Thankfully, my bank agreed with me that she was in the wrong and took my $200 back from her, returning it to me. Do not do business with this self-centered, RUDE, and greedy human.

There are so many amenities...snack shop, free towels, hydro massage chairs, Normatek compression boots, cold therapy chairs, pool, and real massages. The cycle class by dynamic instructor David Garza was quite a workout! It was only 30 minutes long but energy packed! I was familiar with the Soul Cycle type classes, which include push-ups while cycling. But this class introduced dance style moves, such as swaying hips. It was a real dance party! I was exhausted but feeling great afterwards. We partook of the Normatek compression boots, which were good therapy for my recently injured knee. The hydro massage chairs were taken, so we skipped that. All in all, this high end gym was a great experience. I would join, except my insurance does not cover the gym because it is considered "premium."

I'm a musician - professional clarinetist - and the rhythmic idea of tap has always appealed to me…read more I was highly active in marching band in high school and have been a marching band music judge for over 17 years including last year's national championship. I started taking tap on a whim about a year ago, and work forced me to switch studios to the weekends, and ended up on Acia's doorstep...a tall, gangly, goofy older guy seriously having trouble balancing on one foot! I studied clarinet at one of the top music schools in the world - Eastman - and was a student of one of the clarinet world legends. Attending Acia's class, I immediately felt in the presence of a legend - greatness, and here I was in a beginning tap class taught by a master: I immediately was compelled to want to address her as "Maestra" as I did when I performed under Leonard Bernstein or Seiji Ozawa. But what struck me the most was that it wasn't just dance: she approaches tap as a "musical instrument" which completely resonates with me, even though I struggle. She talks musician language: pickups, triplets, 16ths, syncopation, and more than that: everything that she demonstrates or has us do is a form of musical notation - I could automatically mentally transcribe everything of hers into sheet music and it ALL makes metric sense. Watching Acia's performance videos also resonate with me as an artist. She is very lyrical and expressive, and I am soooo grateful for the privilege of being in her classes. I hope someday my body starts to catch up with my musical mind! When I was an Eastman student, my clarinet mentor Stanley Hasty used to make us drag our sorry you-know-whats out of bed and attend his reed class on Saturday mornings at 9am. The irony isn't lost on me. Now I attend Acia's tap class on Saturday mornings at 9am, and I am ALWAYS so glad that I went, even though I am covered with sweat by the end - it is a "vigorous" class! Thank you, Acia Gray, for sharing what you do with all of us, and for teaching me a new musical instrument!

The room itself is simple but does the job for classes or practice. What I don't love is that there isn't really a consistent front desk presence.
