They have affordable options available and also some really super high end products. Some really amazing bikes and service. I definitely recommend stopping in and getting set up with a new ride. They have plenty of E-bikes to get up those Ithaca/Cornell hill.

I give two stars for the timeframe and customer service: Bike was brought in Friday afternoon, I was told by the mechanic it would be started/looked at over the weekend, -then I was told monday, -then I was told later in the week (his reason was "it is a long job so we need to set time aside") I called them to check when it would be done and if the parts I brought were compatible however they had not started yet, so I called a second time to see. **The man proceeded to yell at me over the phone, he repeatedly told me: that he "works 100 hour work weeks," I need to stop asking him for a timeframe I should "take the bike back now" and that I waste "10 minutes every time I call him" He was not able to give me a timeframe and told me to wait to be called when he gets to it. I was excited to work with them and have a reliable local shop, unfortunately that will be found elsewhere.

The rental includes a helmet and bike lock. I'm more comfortable riding a tricycle at home for running errands, but Laurence was very patient as I became re-accustomed to riding a two-wheeler, helping me find a bike that was the right size for me, adjusting the seat and handle bars, and walking me through how to charge the bike and use the electric throttle. The electric motor was very helpful as I rode around Itacha's steep hills. All in all, the rental process was easy and the bike was fantastic!

Though I've only tested the rental bikes (including electric!) I haven't needed to rent one as I have my own--but such a great option for people visiting town, especially now with the Cayuga Waterfront Trail and other bicycle infrastructure that make conditions here better. People are newer to biking, especially those with kids, surely appreciate these improvements. When I have had one of my two bicycles serviced there (numerous times by now) the turnover time is quick and the prices are reasonable. I'm taking my winter bike in to Boxy Bikes tomorrow for some service before that road salt comes out! A great, reliable Local Bike Shop!

A lot of the clothes were also in bags, and I'm not sure how people would know what they're looking at without fully unwrapping them which seemed impossible in the space. It ended up feeling really junky and I got out of here as soon as possible. It would work for them if they cleaned up a ton, displayed their clothes differently, and put away about half of the stuff out.

His ridicule of my 16 year old escalated and as we decided to leave and not give any $$$ to this man (who started out cranky but legit is mentally unwell and possibly dangerous), he started approaching us to the point that I put myself between him and my daughter. We felt threatened and unsafe and needless to say wouldn't return if our lives depended on it. How this biz is still open is an utter shock. Clearly Ithaca isn't the community I thought it was to allow this place to stick around.

They did also this and answered a bike frame fit question that I have never managed to get a correct answer to. The visit was a win and worth the shop labor and time.
