Spent $10 for 30 minutes and 2 targets. Seems pretty good for me. The people are friendly. The safety person was nice and helped me sight my Red Dot. Gave tips for gripping the pistol. I recently purchased a Marlin 1894 CB that…read moreTurnbull purchased from Marlin I presume, and they strip the factory bluing and case harden the receiver, lever and forearm cap. The work was beautiful on the color of the case hardened work....however the receiver showed definite signs of having been sanded. Turnbull, when informed of this, explained that they chemically strip the factory blueing and case harden the parts...I would have "hoped" they would polish out the surface before the final case hardening.. I don't see this in my factory Marlin rifles. They did offer to refund my investment. If you are considering a purchase, you might want to ask about this issue.
