The receptionist was very kind and the entire process was very quick, simple and easy. The inside of the establishment is kind of small but I really liked the atmosphere. The prices may be a little high for their services but I definitely recommend booking a facial at Hi, skin if you're looking to treat yourself and feel that glow!

I came into Phoenix skin because I was hoping for a better price but for the quality of work it matched. I saw Katerina and although very sweet I think she needs re training on how to do micro needling. Her passes are all over and she dug the needle into my smile lines and forehead. It's pricey and it hurts. Anyway, I was quoted a price by the gal (Anna) that made the appointment. I understand that prices for things have gone up, I was ok with that and provided my card for the deposit. I asked what the best numbing cream was that I could buy to numb myself up before the appointment, she said that the laser tech would call me. This morning Katarina the laser technician called, she said that it was going to be over $300 MORE than what I was told the afternoon before. I was shocked, I asked about the multiple tattoo discount, she said she wasn't sure and she put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and decided to call back and just cancel. Anna answered the phone and I asked her about the massive difference in cost- she claimed that she didn't recall speaking with me the afternoon prior- Yeah, right. Selective amnesia. So, by this point I just told her to cancel my appointment. She needs to have her head checked. Katarina called back and gave me another quote with the "discount", still well over $200 what I was quoted the afternoon before. They were not apologetic at all. Poor customer service. I'll be going elsewhere.

A short but sweet review is that Lather makes wonderful products that are naturally based and have the functionality & quality you'd expect from other high end product lines but using ingredient lists you can feel good about and trust. I absolutely love this brand and will continue to be a customer, as I've tried almost all of the products they make and we are lucky in AZ to have a brick and mortar location since there aren't many. I also purchase products online from them when I don't have time to stop in the store. Their loyalty program is really great with accumulating points that translate to discounts on purchases and special VIP sale events. I love the smell of the products and when you step into the storefront it's beautifully set up and smells very nice.
