The eye exam was great also with the doctor. I can see much better with looking at word processing for over 35 years as a teenager and today's advanced technology; my eyesight had blurred vision in which the doctor was able to correct for better vision with bifocal glasses. The staff was very courteous cheerful and provided excellent assistance. I appreciated the time and care Dr. Epps provided during my eye exam. My glasses arrived earlier than expected and I was immediately informed they had arrived. I was very thankful for the service I received. The glasses that I had prior to coming to SVS vision were destroyed. I didn't have a backup pair. Given the complications caused by COVID 19, I thought it would take a month or longer to get a new pair of glasses. It took less than a week from the time I contacted SVS. read more

This location is great. I've come for 2 annual eye exams now, and this time I was in-and-out within 20 minutes. I hadn't even finished filling out the paperwork before I was called into the exam room they were so fast! Granted, I did not need to pick out new glasses at the end of this recent visit, but I still believe the process would have been fast had I needed new ones. My sister and I both had our eye exams.The ophthalmologist was very friendly and took the time to thoroughly examine my eyes so that I had the right prescription for the new lenses. The staff member who measured my eyes to fit my glasses guided me through the eye glasses frames selection process. My sister and I both had a good experience here. The staff was great and very pleasant, but I'm not to satisfied with the glasses. When I received them to frames were extremely wide and off, which there were not that way when I tried them in. Also as of today the cushion on the glasses just snapped off. I only have been able to wear the glasses 2 days. read more
