First time going here didn't even know about it until my co worker told me! This place is so good I got the Montreal smoked meat sandwich on sourdough bread, the bread is so fresh. All the other toppings like the tomatos, lettace, pickels are also so fresh. The price is amazing as well the sandwich only costed $9.50 which is crazy because it's hard to find food that is this good for such an affordable price. The people that work there are so kind and so happy. They close at 2:30 which i did not know so i showed up at 2:30 because that's when my break was, they had no problem letting me in to get my food which i really appreciate because i was starving!! I actually work in the area super close to this place. I used to go to this place so often and some of my coworker still do. The food is super delicious... the service is wonderful. The people who work there are such friendly individuals and hard working people. A true hidden gem in Burnaby. It is super small and can't hold too many people for dine in so do keep that in mind. read more

Small Korean style restaurant in the middle of a business park. It's a bit in the middle of nowhere. Parking is available I think. There are some unmarked spots across from the building. I couldn't find any stalls with the name of the place. Hopefully they don't tow. Looks like a mom and pop operation. Nice (Korean?) couple. This place is not related to the Suzette's locations (both are closed) in Vancouver. Based on my friend's recommendation I had the Okinawa taco rice. $1 more for avocado. Ingredients were nice and fresh. Rice was yellow but unflavoured. Comes with a decent amount of beans and shredded cheese, sour cream with cilantro, pico de gallo, and corn. Also came with some nacho chips and a slice of lime. Kind of wish there was some meat in this thing, but oh well. Nice to see there's food in this part of the city. Will be back at some point to try their other items. Recommended. read more

Update 5.0: Today, i tried the last daily special that suzette deli is offering. I personally think that it was just okay. The sauce itself got a lot of taste which is better than mama's rice bowl's. However, the less dry rice actually doesnt fit for the butter chicken. Also, the chicken is too big and too hard for butter chicken. Butter chicken is meant for kids in the beginning and a soft, small chicken would be preferable. Since the chicken is too big, the chicken couldnt absorb the sauce well. Also, since the chicken is not cooked long enough with the sauce, it does not absorb well. Just a recommendation for your next one is that you should cut the chicken into smaller bits and cook longer. You should also uze dryer rice. Nonetheless, this would be my last review with suzette deli since i have tried all its dishes that i thought would be special to try and choose which to recommend to those who read my feeback. I work in an office just a few doors down from Suzettes Deli. I have been eating this food for over 4 years now and I have to say that it's excellent! Best breakfast wrap ever, and have never had anything from there that I didn't like. Very friendly and courteous staff, definitely worth the wait! read more

If you work in the area and are looking for a great lunch go no further. They have different specials all the time at this deli. They also have a Sandwich or wrap and soup or salad combo that is very well priced. Their big draw though is their chicken schnitzel! They make the schnitzel from scratch each morning and once its sold out you are out of luck. They have a well-rounded menu and everything is made from scratch (at least I think the soup is aswell). The three staff there are very friendly and always greet you on the way in and say goodbye on the way out. There is very limited seating here though as it is predominantly a take out deli. They do usually have a Province newspaper or two though to read if you decided to stay in and eat. There is no parking for Suzettes Deli and all the parking for the building is reserved so if you are not within walking distance of the deli you will have to park out on the street and pay for parking. Do not let this deter you though as it is well worth the trouble! read more

A tiny deli located right beside my work that I had almost forgotten about when deciding what to eat for lunch on my break. This place is very small with limited seating so it's best to just stop in and grab something to go because it gets very busy during lunch hour. They have a selection of made to order sandwiches, soups, salads, pastries and even a few other home made items all under $10 (chili anyone?). Today I wanted to get the home made schnitzel but a customer in front of me ordered a chicken wrap and my mouth started watering as I watched it being made. My only complaint was that I asked the lady making the sandwiches to make my wrap exactly the same as the guy in front of me (chicken and veggies but with cranberry sauce and no hot peppers) and when I got back to my office and bit into my food it was a standard chicken wrap. About 60% of the contants inside my meal were hot peppers, so my wrap was considerably smaller once I picked them all out but still very delicious so I'll let this one slide. read more

Great lunch spot. I've eaten here 4x/week in some instances. They're known for their chicken schnitzel but also their grilled as well which are both great in a sandwich or wrap. By 1:15-1:30pm they're typically done with the chicken they've prepared for that day. They also have 1 korean special every day which is typically great. Everything's under $10 which is a bonus. Be mindful of parking however. There are a few non-reserved stalls but very few. read more

I went to this place and everything was salty as f*ck. the woman made my sandwich it was salty as hell and then I was like screw it I'll just eat the soup and Damn that thing was even more salty. High sodium results in heart attacks and other health deficiencies. If you love high salt, you'll like this place As for the sandwiches, I could make a better one at home. Nothing great, really right place to sit if you do decide to sit. As I work in the area, I have been coming to Suzette's Deli for around 11 years now. In the past it was generally pretty good, however, since new management has taken over, the overall experience has been greatly improved. From new tasty menu items to an always friendly and accommodating staff that take the time to get to know their customers, Suzette's has definitely upped their game with this fresh new approach. Okinawa Taco Rice, Bibimbap, Chicken Curry and Spaghetti show up during the daily specials and you can always enjoy the popular Chicken Schnitzel, sandwiches, soups and wraps that are available all the time. You can always find tasty healthy options to choose from as well. I have also ordered catering from Suzette's and the food seems to please the people I am feeding. Limited seating, mainly a take out place. Can't go wrong here, I totally recommend Suzette's if you're looking for a decently priced good tasting lunch with great service. read more

The coffee was terrible. Basically instant coffee from a boiler. The food choices are limited.

Called in as this had good ratings... Coffee is awful, menu is limited, little to no seating, it's set up for quick lunches for the people working in the surrounding buildings. Really not worth while otherwise. read more

The chicken schnitzel wrap here is awesome! Unfortunately they tend to run out if you're trying to grab one after 1:00pm so best to be in right at lunch time! Even though them running out is a bit of a letdown, I think it speaks to the popularity of the schnitzel wrap (and grilled chicken wrap) that they sell. read more
