SuViche - Sushi and Ceviche - Peruvian Near Me - Miami, Florida

I go to suviche quite often for their amazing happy hour!! It's everyday from 3 to 7. It includes beers at $4, pisco sours at $5 and small appetizers at ~ $6. Drinks are delicious, appetizers are decent size and for the price you pay you can have a nice cocktail and appetizer! Atmosphere is casual with outdoor seating and good music, can't get better than that!! Service is always great!!! Definitely a place I will keep going and recommend!! read more

What a spot. This place isn't exactly fancy, the inside of the restaurant is very small and kinda cluttered and there were only 4-5 tables outside. But it's the best food I've had yet in Miami. The ceviche was just out of this world. I got the fish ceviche in the "natural" sauce. It was so fresh and clean tasting. Plenty of flavor without an overpowering citrus profile. I also had the Traditos in the "suviche" sauce. This one was what really solidified the 5 star review for me. Man was it good. This is absolutely a must try. You just gotta. Lastly, I got the white hot heat roll. It was okay. I don't think their sushi is exactly their strong point. Wasn't bad, but plenty of better sushi around here. Come here for the ceviche, you won't regret it. I don't know her name but our server was friendly and attentive with great recommendations. read more

Delicious fresh interesting flavours, excellent service. Reasonable prices, definitely worth another visit

My absolute FAVORITE place in Miami! (Given the fact I haven't hit every amazing Miami place) What is better than sushi and Peruvian food put together?! Nothing. The place itself has the chillers vibes, there's hanging chairs, the decor is super wynwood style and the ambiance is so nice. The service was also super great, and quick and attentive:) GET THE CEVICHE. Just do it. It's amazing, it's fish marinaded in like and it's a really good portion, not too little not too small. We had some sushi rolls too omg and I died. Cevichado, the lomo saltado, and one more I couldn't remember. It's Peruvian but in sushi style . It'll be the best brunch you'll have. Guaranteed. CHICHA SOUR. If you're Peruvian ( like me ) than you already know the hype of chicha. But if you're not familiar, it's a sweet purple drink made of purple corn. Imagine that and put some alcohol and there's your sour. It's the best drink you can have. I really deeply enjoyed my time there that I wish they had it in orlando. People would go crazy. I even messaged the owners . But for now, go enjoy it while you're in Miami! read more

This was my first time here, and I knew nothing about this place. I was looking for seafood and found this close to where I was. We had sushi, ceviche, quinoa salad, "Saltado veggie" (great idea), and the "Chaufa" quinoa veggie (great idea). I thought everything was decent, but not extraordinary. It was takeout so sometimes that makes a difference. I Loved the "Saltado veggie" it had the beef sauce and all that flavor without the beef. The reason they are getting 3 stars is because while the ceviche seasoning was Good, the fish itself was a bit hard. I don't know if it was over-"cooked", old, or not fresh, so I was disappointed with this. The service was Good because after I called to confirm the order, the server called me back to find-out if I was vegan, and said they could make the Saltado without the beef sauce, and the Chaufa without eggs. read more

My fiancé brought me for the first time. First time for me but it was pretty good. It isn't my first choice for HH but wasn't horrible. Just kind of small plates even for HH. Nothing crazy but the bartender was nice. read more

SuViche - Sushi and Ceviche - Cusquena Golden Lager and Moscow Mule. - Peruvian Near Me - Miami, Florida

It's always a good time (and an economical one) at SuViche! I come here often with friends or for date nights. The fact that SuViche always has a happy hour going on daily makes me happy. They're the prime example that you don't have to waste a bunch of money to have good food. The Happy Hour is a must do especially if you want to try different things in the menu. Everything is sharing friendly (for two people). I always do a ceviche, two sushi's and dessert WITH DRINKS! They have a simple but good selection of beer. They have sake specials that apply for wine Wednesday specials too! Their house sake is delish! Happy hour is 3-7 PM everyday. Then they have a late night happy hour from 11 PM till close. Even if you can't make it within those happy hour time frames they have a regular menu that doesn't hurt your pocket. Cheers! read more

4.25 stars!! This place has the best service. Our guy Jonathan, from NY, was a 5 star experience. He was very helpful with the menu and my girls found him appropriately passionate about family and Peruvian life. My mom decided he should get a better than normal tip, so she stepped in at the end!! The girls loved the Pisco Sours and the Saltado dishes were good. Solid 4 stars. Even the vegan saltado was a hit. Ambiance is ok inside, better outside. Bring a date and swing away. If you need air conditioning, eat inside. Valet parking in the back. I'm coming back! Bring the whole gang, there is something for everyone. read more

Mediocre sushi that is overpriced. The ceviche was great, only reason why I'm compelled to give 3 stars instead of 2. We ordered three different rolls, the third was brought to us by the time we were asking for the check. The service is was subpar as well. The outdoor sitting area is more spacious and trendy, the live DJ was a nice touch on the weekend. read more

I've been here so many times and it's nothing short of a great time. Ive tried close to everything on the menu and have NEVER been disappointed. Tonight I tried the Nectar Roll for the first time which is delicious and I highly recommend, and of course my favorite steak Arroz Chaufa in Miami I had to have as well. Love this place!!! read more

LOVE THIS PLACE. I'm a new Miami transplant but have become a regular to this place and I bring my NYC friends visiting here all the time now. Service has always been pretty good. I love the spicy Rocoto ceviche with white fish but every kind of ceviche I have tried is DIVINE. I can't recommend some of my Happy Hour Favorites enough the Tuna Tataki, Causa Frita, Crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll and the Almost Perfect Roll are so good! Ladies night is also a very good deal - I love the Pisco drinks they are very interesting. read more

It saddens me to leave a negative review because this place used to be my go-to for quality Peruvian food. With time, this has changed. The tuna causa was mediocre and I was disgusted to see that they make it with canned tuna. I'm no chef and I could easily make the dish at home, it tastes like mayo and chunk light tuna mixed together. We also ordered the Aji Amarillo Ceviche which is supposed to be (and has traditionally been) spicy; it had 0% spice, they used low quality shrimp (the tiny kind), and the taste was really bland. The service was okay, Diana was sweet but we received everything out of order. They served the ceviche before even giving us our pisco sours, the causa came next and 20 mins later, they served or drinks. I'll probably think twice before coming back. read more

Ordered delivery tonight. Arrived early - A+! Food was perfectttt ! The variety of rolls offered are so unique and super tasty I got some mango shrimp and spicy tuna salmon goodness and a dessert of some crack cake. They didn't forget the spicy mayo either. Will def be back ! Yum yum to my tum tum read more

The staff and service 5 stars! Parking another 5 stars. The food was very mediocre to me and everyone I was with agreed. We had ceviche and few rolls and lomo saltado. It was all good but nothing out of this world. The sushi was very plain and none of the flavors popped out. The shrimp ceviche was made with very small shrimp which I didn't care for and the lomo was good but the rice was a bit hard. Fries were really good. I'd go back to maybe try some of their drinks outside at the bar and maybe some other ceviche next time. read more

SuViche - Sushi and Ceviche - Champagne hit the spot - Peruvian Near Me - Miami, Florida

Usually the food is tasty and delicious but today the pescado a la macho was served without salt and the usual Peruvian flavors. Also, only one piece of fish as to the usual 2 or 3 pieces. Disappointing but maybe the chef had a bad day? I will try again since this is one of my favorite spots and reasonably priced. But today I was disappointed. Hope this was a one time miss. I hope next time the is reason for a 5 star review again but not today. read more

awesome happy hour food and drinks, greta vibes too! def recommend to anyone around!!

Hailey is absolutely amazing! She possesses great customer service skills, patience, and was able to turn our not so great experience upon checking into the restaurant (where my friend and I were ignored and thrown a menu at) to a great one! Plus she can multitask to the point where I'm a bit jealous lol. Shout out to Stefano for checking up on us and making sure we were good from start to finish! Will definitely be back! read more

I can't believe I waited so long to try Suviche! I've been living in Ft Lauderdale for a while and though there's another location right down the street from me, I didn't first check it out until I was in Miami last weekend. A perfect night out with the girls in Miami entails dinner (somewhere visually appealing, for Instagram purposes), post-dinner drinks at a bar, then going to a club! Sushi/ceviche is the starter for that, which is why we decided to go to Suviche for dinner. We did the itinerary in a different order than usual though, and post-dinner drinks were replaced with (too many) pre-dinner drinks. I'd LOVE to share the exact rolls and ceviche I ordered but the details are a tad fuzzy. But I can definitely tell you that I ordered many, many Sapporos! read more

Really enjoyed this spot for a causal date. Came for a late lunch/early dinner on Saturday and it was surprisingly busy for an off time. The outside seats were very cute with swings as booths. We grabbed two seats at the bar. Our bartender was very friendly, had a great pineapple mule and good Bloody Mary- my one comment was some garnishes (an olive or something) would've been nice. I ordered sushi, and my fiancé had a steak and veggies entree. I definitely recommend trying the cilantro roll. The sauce on top was delish. I ended up dipping all our food in it. The food came out very quick and everything was good. Definitely a spot we will be headed back to... had to update this review as time goes on I just can't stop coming to eat here! One of my favorite places I've found in Miami and great to bring visitors to. read more

for sushi - don't come here, the fish is not fresh , the rolls are small and expensive. can't speak for the other food if it weren't for our server who was super sweet and on her stuff i'd give it one star probably not coming back again read more

My family and I took my parents for dinner here after a day at the museum. I was hesitant when I heard "Wynwood" due to parking, but they have a parking lot behind the restaurant. Let me start by complimenting our waiter, Andrew. Very seldom do I add additional tip once it's included, but he deserved it. Attentive and courteous, especially to my parents who were celebrating their 51st anniversary. We ordered a few of the starters from the happy hour menu. Then some arroz chaufa, a few sushi rolls, and the salmon over quinoa. All of the food was delicious and fresh. I had a sushi roll with steak on top (bit of an oxymoron, so I tried it) and it was very good. Although I would stick to all of their seafood and definitely order the rice (arroz chaufa). The cocktails were very good, but the Suvichelada (a spicy changeup to a typical Michelada) was AWESOME. All 11 of us left extremely happy with the entire experience and hope to visit again very soon. read more

Literally phenomenal!! Best happy hour also ask for nickiii (mon-thurs) ‼ #ProudPeruana

Beautiful spot, love the food, the service staff need a Hostess or someone at the door to do proper seating arrangements. You see tables of two sitting on tables of 4.. They look completely lost.. complete mess.. read more

I thought the happy hour for this place had great deals for rolls and drinks, however the spicy tuna roll had very little tuna in it. Also the dishes we got have hairs on them and the sake cups also were dirty. The sake was cheap and good but not very hot and it quickly got cold. The service was very good and fast but the food and rinks left me disappointed. read more

I ordered from their pop-up in Aventura and it was awful. The ceviche was old. It smelled fishy, tasted bad and the one with shrimp was slimy. I spent over $80 on delivery and ended up having to cook because it was not edible. I used to frequent both the South Beach and Wynwood locations so this was a very disappointing experience. Order from Aji Carbon instead. It's down the street and we ordered from there last week and everything was fresh and tasty. read more

we also stopped by here more than once. their crispy croquettes with tuna on top and their sushi rolls and their aji sauce (the creamier one on their happy menu) - absolutely delicious! i wasn't even sure i'd like this place because you don't typically associate peruvian food with sushi... but it worked so well. also, they have micheladas and cheladas. ugh! everything i wanted. SO, so good. read more

Always a favorite of mine. I love sushi and ceviche and this location never disappoints! First of all, they have an awesome happy hour! 2-4-1!!! Their drinks are delicious! My favorite is the berry margarita! Oh man, 2 of those and you could take me home! They are so yummy! For food, I LOVE the following: 1. Perfection Roll! The crab salad is better than most places. It isn't entirely mayo. 2. Miami Roll--Solid choice if you want salmon AND tuna. 3. White Hot Heat Roll--So spicy with the siracha! 4. Aji Amarillo Ceviche--the flavor of this dish is incredible. The fish is always so fresh and the portion is huge! Even if you get the half 5. Aji de Gallina--Same sauce as the aji amarillo with so much chicken and rice! Delicious! I love doing half a roll and half a ceviche. It is the perfect amount of food! Sitting outside can be loud and hot if the weather isn't nice. Inside is cute, with the sushi bar. Only downside to this location is the single bathroom. It gets pretty annoying to wait for that! I order takeout, delivery, and come in person at least once a week! Love this place! read more

Passion fruit juice is from concentrate and very sweet. It says natural juice on the menu, not fresh squeezed, be prepared. Awesome appetizer, tuna tataki arrived way after the main dishes: chifa and suviche ceviche, both really good, but very small portions for both small and large. Nice atmosphere and crowd, comfortable music, birds singing, and art around. Would go back. read more

This place is sh** hole, they delivered me an inadequate portion of Lomo saltado which I complained about and the condescending manager was not very helpful. The worst thing is since I ate their tuna sushi, I have been badly poisoned! I ate nothing else that whole day so I know it was from here! And the sushi was warm!!! read more

Good: * Atmosphere- nice little spot in Wynwood. Really cool outside seating. Music was a little loud for inside seating. Bad: * Cross contaminated the lomo into my girlfriends pollo Saltado. * asked for Medium lomo, got well done. * Fries were significantly hotter than the rest of the meal. * drinks and appetizer came after our meal. * Waited 30 minutes for a table inside, there was no line * Took 10 minutes before our server came to our table. read more

I loved this place. Discovered it on 2016 or 17 the day of my Bday for Happy Hour and after that I always go for my bday, with one friend or a group. I've been loving SuViche ever since they opened up their first tiny spot in Brickell, and I'm so happy they've made their way over to Wynwood. While I loved the old location, it was about the size of half a shoebox. It was also in an odd spot for parking, etc. I came here pretty often anyway because of the food, but what a hassle! SuViche 3.0 has solved all of these problems. They're in the old Bloom space, which has a really spacious indoor dining room as well as a great patio area with a long bar. On top of the much needed elbow room, they've also added a full Pisco menu (all manner of infused shots and cocktails). I had a few different things (the chicha shot, blueberry thyme cocktail, some sort of mango cocktail, and a pisco sample they were passing around) and it was a bit hit or miss - really liked the pisco and blueberry thyme, mango was a little watered down and the shot really just tasted like pure alcohol, but I'm sure they'll see what works and what doesn't as they settle in. The food is the same food I've always loved. Some of my favorite menu items include: *Perfection & Fiji Rolls - while you won't find any traditional sushi rolls here the specialty rolls they've dreamed up are AMAZING. Bonus: most of their rolls can be ordered in half and full portions, which is great if you're the type of person who would eat everything tapas style if they could (read: me). *Suviche Ceviche - adds a little bit of aji amarillo to the traditional lime I believe, really tasty. Ceviche also comes in two portion sizes. *Aji De Gallina - my absolute favorite Peruvian dish that is surprisingly absent from the menu at most Peruvian joints. They get a lot of points just for having it on the menu - and even more because it's delicious! On top of everything else, the food is pretty cheap. All the main dishes/rolls/ceviches are around $12. If you haven't given SuViche a chance, now is the perfect time. Any lover of interesting sushi and ceviche will not be disappointed here. read more
