I make sure to have plans whenever I know I am going to see her, there's no reason to waste good hair! I came here to see Susie for a color correction! Let me start off with, I have been dying my hair black for the last 15 years. I tried dying my hair red, at home, by myself and ended up with patches of red and brown and black! I was a hot mess!! I came to the salon and right away got greeted. Susie had coffee and potato balls for me. She bleached my hair, and mind you, i had a horrible experience years ago with bleach and vowed never to use it again, but this time around, my scalp did not burn or anything. I am officially a red head, I definitely recommend Susie. I love her work and will come back regularly without a doubt! I followed my stylist Michelle Merrill to this salon. The owner, Susie is very sweet and the salon is vintage themed, which is charming. The location is perfect, right at the start of old town Monrovia, just off Foothill and Myrtle. I've only had service by Michelle and I followed her here, so obviously she's good! Michelle has been doing my hair for years and she does an amazing job. She keeps me a beautiful buttery blonde and does a great job with cuts and extensions.
