My daughter came in to have her curly hair straightened. They were very kind and did a great job! Also, didn't break the bank!

I recently got my haircut by Adriana, and she was absolutely wonderful. I showed her a photo of how I wanted my hair based on previous haircuts, and she was able to replicate it perfectly while also giving me product and care suggestions. She was also wonderful to chat with, and I'll be happily going back. read more

I've been a client of Adriana's for 15 years. I showed her an image of the hairstyle that I desired and through great communication and some refinements during each visit, she truly delivered a hairstyle of skill and creativity. I would highly recommend Adriana for men's haircuts. If there's something that you'd like to see or would like change about a previous cut, share that information with her. It helps her deliver exactly what you want. Facility & Location The staff at Hot Shots Salon always deliver a warm welcoming and are pleased to offer me a beverage at each visit. Adriana is amazing!! My hair was dry and in desperate need of refresh on color. So pleased with the outcome.

Every time I call, no one ever answers the phone. I tried sending them a message on Instagram. No reply. It's been over a month but yet they continue to post on their page. Very frustrating. The salon isn't a small drive from me or I'd go in to make an appt. I gave up. Moving on to a salon who responds to potential new customers read more

Found out about this salon on Facebook. My two previous hairdressers both moved away so I was in search of a new place to call home for my haircuts. They were running a new client promo, haircut for $30 dollars. The super positive and friendly receptionist booked me with Stacy, the owner. What a great experience! Stacy is gorgeous, friendly and gave me a fantastic wash, cut, style all for $30! I have found my new hair home! Thank you Stacy, you rock! read more

After one of those "I am tired of my hair let me try one of those Tik Tok hacks". Well that didn't go well for me. But Adriana was amazing. She got me in early on a Monday and worked her magic on my hair. And let me tell you I have ALOT of it. But she washed and cut and styled it and after some great conversation, before I knew it , she was putting the finishing touches on it. 10/10 I recommend and will be back again! read more

Berenice has been my hairstylist for over 12 years, her hands are pure magic! She knows my hair better than me; and I always leave her chair feeling a like a million bucks.Berenice flew to Hawaii for my wedding, to make sure that my bridesmaids and I looked stunning; without a single strand out of place. I don't trust anyone else with my hair. Berenice has a fun personality, genuinely cares about her clients, and will go above and beyond to ensure you leave happy. From a simple trim, to a balayage, to a Brazilian blowout. Her prices are very reasonable. Not only can she do the perfect cut, but she is an expert in coloring hair. I have never walked out of a hair salon happy. In fact I stayed away for years hacking away at my own hair. I also went to a salon in Pasadena a couple of years ago which did not end well. I tried again today at hot shots with Stacey. I AM SO HAPPY with my hair. It turned out exactly like the picture I showed hair but fitted more for me! She took her time and LISTENED to me. That's a first. She did an awesome job! Found my girl and will definitely be coming back to her for all my hair needs :) Thank you so much Stacey! Adrianna, she's an angel! I had a haircut the day before I came to this salon. I was very unhappy with my haircut from the other salon, and then I came to see Adrianna. She fixed my hair exactly and perfectly the way I wanted it! She was very detailed, so experienced, and listened to me. I guess this is what makes her very professional. I highly recommend this salon. Aside from a very welcoming receptionist, this place is very neat and as I looked around the other clients are as happy as me. Adrianna is my new stylist! read more

A few days ago, I woke up and decided to get a haircut on a whim because it was so hot with my thick, long hair. I walked into Hot Shots without an appointment, and I was asked if I would be willing to wait for 15 minutes as a hair stylist was finishing up with her client. I decided I might as well wait since I was already there, and I was offered a drink while waiting. I took up the offer and asked for iced water since, again, the weather was so hot. As a result, the wait time was more bearable, and shortly I was approached by Adriana, the hair stylist who was going to cut my hair. I told Adriana that I didn't have any haircut in mind, but I wanted something different. Adriana listened to my needs and delivered. I'm satisfied with my new haircut; it's different yet still looks great on me. In addition, it's so liberating to have a shorter haircut in this summer heat. I highly recommend this salon to everyone looking to get a great haircut. It is pricier than some other establishments, but I think it was worth it. read more

I get my facials here from Silvia. She has the softest hands, very professional and makes my one hour appointment a great experience!! Her skin care advice is the best !! She doesn't endorse products most aestheticians do because they're selling them. Silvia believes in organic inexpensive products good for your skin. She's very well informed and knows how to take care of her clients!! Aside from a good aesthetician, she also provides good massage !! I always look forward to my appointments here! The place is cute and clean and very cozy. You'll always be Reminded of your appointments by their customer service and doesn't give you a hard time when you try to reschedule !! I've always been paranoid about getting my haircut because I think we've all had at least one scary episode with an inexperienced stylist. My sister recommended Hot Shots after she chopped off all her hair :) So now I've been going to April for the past 4 years I think. She cuts my hair and she also did my hair for different dances. She's really helpful and really easy to talk to! I love her. It's nice to go back to the same person each time. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to cut my hair into a bob, chopping off about 7 inches. It's $45 for a shampoo and cut which is a little hard when you are a struggling college student but it's totally worth it. I highly recommend Hot Shots and April! read more

You will be more beautiful, and have this feeling of contentment that comes from spending time with a dear friend. April will be that dear friend. She is talented and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. She listens well, and she takes care to ensure you are getting what you want. At the same time, she will tell you if something you are asking for will not be flattering for you. I've been going for nearly seven years now, and have wanted to marry her every time I left. Plus, her prices are reasonable and consistent! This review is for my girl Decia, who I love love LOVE! I found her here on Yelp, and she was very helpful when I came in for my consultation and was very willing to work with me for what I envisioned for my hair. She even asked me to pick out some pictures for my "hair goals" hehe. On the day of my appointment Decia worked magic on my hair. Like, seriously guys. I would highly recommend her for her super legit knowledge and experience with hair. You can tell that she is very passionate about her work. Not only is she great at what she does, but she has a sparkling personality that will make you feel welcome and comfortable. I also like that she recommends products for you based on your hair needs but doesn't pressure you at all to buy anything. Rates are reasonable and she accepts cash or check. read more

The owner knows a thing or two about customer care. It's worth it to walk in and pay a little more for beauty services when you know you are valued. Watch for special customer appreciation events such as mimosa Saturday etc. I was stressed when the found out my hairdresser was out for some time for an injury. The folks at hot shots made sure I was taken care of and were great at listening to me when I was introduced to a new stylist. I'm a convert! read more
