I am in love with my hair. Traci is so detailed with her work which is why all her client turn outs are so amazing. She took 2 hrs to add color layer by layer and it should be that way. I have been to other salons where they add the color so quick then put you under the heat lamp and move on to work on another client so they can get through more clients in a shift. I first went to Traci back in October 2019 for just a haircut. She definitely has magical hands because after that cut, my hair was growing so fast!! Her superpowers come from her amazing skills and knowledge. She gave me a complete hair routine with recommendations based on my hair goals during my appointment for FREE. She carried all the products as well, so it was super convenient to make the switch from using Pantene (so embarrassed) to salon quality goods! I was loving how soft and healthy my hair was after taking her advice. I used to wash my hair every single day because it would get so oily. I always thought that it was due to my scalp and hair being on the oily side but turns out it was because I was using such bad products.. After switching to the hair regiment Traci made for me, I was able to work up and wash my hair every three days!! I was saving time and my hair became so healthy! It was LIFE CHANGING. I've had really bad experiences with coloring my hair. I always associate colored hair with dry, dead, and orange. A year after only going for haircuts in October 2020, I asked Traci about a low maintenance color service and would still keep my hair healthy. She sent me a bunch of pictures to choose which style I liked best. We narrowed it down to a balayage with hairline detailing. I had virgin hair and honestly didn't think that I would achieve the look I wanted in just one session, but she is LITERALLY MAGICAL. We spent the evening together and she transformed my virgin hair into a beautiful, blended work of art. She knew that I tie my hair up a lot for work, so she added the most flattering hairline detailing. I was so blown away. My hair looked amazing from every angle and in every style. My hair routine didn't change all that much. Of course, I had a few more products to maintain the color and she had them all in her studio!! My hair not only looked so good, it was also SUPER HEALTHY. I had all the intentions of keeping up with my appointments and services to maintain the gorgeous work she had done to my hair, but covid forced her to shut down. In February 2021, she was FINALLY able to reopen. It had been FOUR MONTHS since my hair was done. Despite the time in between, my hair did not grow into the infamous "black hole" look. She really went off with the blending and melting at the roots during our last appointment because my hair was still looking decent.
