This last visit meant more to me than he probably knows. I had just been laid off from my job and had an important interview the next day. I felt overwhelmed and stressed and knew I needed a haircut to feel even a little more confident going into it. Even though Leo was fully booked for days, he offered to see me two and a half hours after his normal closing time. After a long day of work, he still welcomed me with kindness, patience, and warmth and took incredible care of me without ever making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. When I went to pay at the end of the appointment, Leo stopped me and told me he was taking care of my haircut because of what I was going through. That moment genuinely brought me to tears. In a time when I was feeling really low, his generosity and compassion meant everything to me. Leo is not only an incredibly talented stylist, but a genuinely good human being. Today was a day for change, I wanted to try something new with my hair and I wanted to go to a new hair stylist. I decided to put my trust in Keke. This turned out to be the best decision I could make. Before she started, Keke consulted with me about what I wanted. I feel like she truly listened. Keke took the time to actually stop and pause every step of the way and ask me what I thought of every cut, length and layer. I've never had a hair stylist do that before, usually I'm just asked at the end if I like it. She absolutely didn't need to do all that but that's what I appreciate so much about my experience. I didn't feel rushed or put on the spot, I was given moments to process how I really felt. For the first time in a long time, I really loved how my haircut turned out. A few weeks ago, I found TT Salon and Cindy on TikTok and Instagram, and was really impressed by…read morethe results she posted. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I booked a digital perm and showed her multiple reference photos, including examples of Cindy's own previous work. Before we even started, she took out her phone and immediately began recording me and the reference photos, which made me feel uncomfortable and not fully listened to. She told me that to achieve the look I wanted, I needed more layers, so I agreed. I also specifically emphasized that I did NOT want a wavy perm, I wanted large, blowout-style curls just like the photos I showed her of her previous work and more. Instead, I left with tight waves that looked nothing like what I had requested. I was honestly so shocked and upset that I barely knew what to say. My hair looked damaged, and I knew I'd be stuck with the results for many months. When I expressed that this wasn't what I had asked for, she dismissively told me the reason it didn't look like the photos was because I needed more layers, even though she had already cut layers before starting the perm. She then cut even more layers afterward, leaving my hair thinned out, uneven, and very top-heavy. She then asked if I wanted her to redo the perm, but the way she responded felt abrupt and dismissive... after spending four hours in the chair, I wasn't comfortable putting my already damaged hair through another chemical process. She still recorded before and after videos when the results were clearly different from what I had requested. Overall throughout the whole service, there was very little communication, so I had no idea what the plan was and what was going on with my hair. I felt completely left out of the conversations. Cindy called after I left and offered to have me come back so she could restyle my hair, but by that point, styling wasn't the issue, the perm itself was not what I had asked for. A few days later, after hoping the curls would loosen, I contacted her on Instagram as unfortunately, it didn't improve. She didn't apologize at all and instead only referred me to the salon manager. The manager was kind, responsive, and acknowledged that he understood my frustration and agreed that the results were not what I had requested. But after several conversations, he offered either a redo or a 50% refund. I appreciated the effort, but I paid nearly $400 for a service that did not match what I requested... and now I have to spend more money at another salon in the future to try to correct it. I also wasn't comfortable accepting another chemical service so soon after my hair had already been damaged. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional from start to finish. I came in excited after seeing Cindy's work online, but I left completely disappointed with results that did not resemble my reference photos, and am still dealing with the results. My hair is still damaged, frizzy, half straight have tight waves, just a mess. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend this salon.

There were three staff, all were available and when we walked in they asked if we had an appointment. As he was getting his haircut from one of them, two customers came in, one had a 4pm as well and the other was a walk in and they were both accommodated right away. One had really long hair, they even wash your hair. The other was short just like my bfs hair. My bf asked to cut the top a bit short and at times he would ask a few changes during and the stylist would accommodate . The haircut took roughly 10-15 minutes. Since I wasn't getting a haircut, if you don't want to wait, there are clothing stores, cafes, restaurants and a dollar tree you can go to explore. The haircut was good (in my opinion), it was roughly 25$ which is more than we thought. They had a sheet of prices he showed my bf and that's when we realized we should've asked for pricing before making an appointment rather than assuming. Overall, I thought the place was clean, fast, and accommodating during a Thursday evening (they probably weren't too busy on a weekday which makes sense making an appointment on weekends if they do get busy).
