So much that I never really stray away from a basic trim and a few layers added to my hair. The parking was readily accessible, but the signs for the establishment are small. If you ever go, make sure to check the entrance doors for the logo before you enter. The new client intake form on their website was super convenient and easy to access. I was contacted by a stylist less than a week later about setting up an appointment. They were super accomodating about the price range I set and the time frame I wanted to have my hair done by. Response time was fast and clear which I appreciated. It's been 8 months since I started seeing Susan, and I just got my second set of hand-tied extensions. I wanted to wait a bit before sharing my thoughts. I first found Susan on Instagram while looking for extensions for my thin hair. My hair is naturally fine, and I didn't want anything obvious, just a fuller version of my own hair, nothing extreme or Barbie looking. Susan's IG and reviews showed extensions that were really blended and natural looking with a lot of brown hair colors which I wanted. I really liked how she showed the extensions inside the hair, and they looked almost barely there. I live in Orange County, which is kinda far but I decided to reached out.
