This was the worst haircut I've ever had. I agree with the jasmine and the other reviewer. She was rude, very unprofessional. I commented on the parts that were choppy and as if it was layered, she said I was insulting, when I question about my own hair! I was trying to polite, and as jasmine said in her review "it's ok. I have thick skin." But my hair is so messed up. I will have to pay another person to fix it. I wanted a nice haircut to go on interviews , but now I'm embarrassed to say the least. Worst when I kept messing with it she said I was clearly unhappy with it so she proceeded to chop more off. I've been to many hair salons, I have never seen the technique that she used. She just kept chopping like she was pissed off that I wasn't happy. I just said it is fine just to get out of there. I went there because of all the good reviews too and thought I can put up with poor customer service but it was the biggest mistake. Wow! Veronica is truly an expert at what she does. I've been searching for a go-to salon in LA for a while now to no avail, but lo and behold - she's become my go-to. I called to make an appointment and she was able to squeeze me in 2 weeks later on a weekend (she's by appointment only). I let her know that I wanted layers and she showed me how much she would cut off when I requested 5 inches, which was perfect. She took her time and I could tell she was very detail oriented.
