Wonderful appointment! I had over a foot of hair I needed cut for donation. I explained I'm low maintenance and needed a cut that didn't need much fuss. Roxy is honestly such an incredible hairstylist - she's professional, thorough, and fun company on top of all of that! I've been to her twice now. The first time, I showed up with a botched dye job and she meticulously spent the next 5 hours helping me through it, walking me through each step. It was a super cathartic experience to go to someone who understands how to work with thick Asian hair. My individual hairs are fine but I have a LOT of hair, and many stylists get tired of working with that many layers; she stayed really vigilant throughout it. I saw her again today, almost a year later, and even then, the color she had done for me had continued to blend so well, it didn't look like a faded hair job; it just looked like I had been to the beach lately, which I think speaks volumes to her talent. She added toner today to darken it back to natural and did a piecey bob. The end results brought out the chocolate tones in my hair that I didn't even know existed, and therefore never appreciated until now. She's very accommodating and careful during these times; masks on, gloves on, so I felt safe and comfortable the whole time.
