I had the best hair experience with Roxy. During this time of COVID, she made me feel safe and clean. Sanitized my hands and my phone as soon as I arrived. Her station is clean and so organized, it's the small things during this time that made me more comfortable being there. I loved that she communicated with me prior to my appt. about what I was looking to get. I got exactly what I had in mind, if not better! The time honestly flew by, too. She also recommended me shampoo and when to go back. Will def be going back and recommending her to others.
I've been trusting Roxy with my hair for over 5 years. But honestly, life before Roxy, as far as my hair is concerned, just had no meaning. She is hands down the BEST COLORIST. EVER. I can show her pictures of what I want and she makes it happen. It's like magic!!!! But can we also talk for a moment about who she is as a person??? She's super nice and patient!!!! She's always so accommodating. She always greets me with a smile and a hug. Going to see Roxy is kind of like going to visit your favorite cousin who you only get to see every 6-8 weeks. I also take my daughter to her when she needs her hair trimmed. My daughter loves her too. I started taking my daughter to her about 3 years ago after the owner at a popular children's salon gave my daughter a horrible cut. Thankfully Roxy was available to fix it!!!! Also, when you see Roxy be sure to include the head spa package. It'll leave her hair as soft as silk and you'll be completely relaxed from the massage. You can thank me later. Honestly, you will not regret trusting Roxy with your hair. .

Roxy is AMAZING! She was referred to me by my coworker. She totally fixed my hair. Life changing. But not only that, she was very kind and educated me on tips of how I can maintain healthy hair. She definitely went above and beyond. I have been going to the same hair lady since 2004 and have always been hesitant to make a switch. I am disappointed I haven't gone to her sooner!
Wonderful appointment! I had over a foot of hair I needed cut for donation. I explained I'm low maintenance and needed a cut that didn't need much fuss. I still wanted to fit it into a ponytail but wanted as much possible for donation. The length is perfect and the cut allows me to air dry my hair with it still looking great.
Since my first color repair 6 years ago, Roxy has been my hair guru!!! She's incredible!!! She's navigated all of my "hairy adventures" - from dark to light to in-between via ombré & balayage, long, short, curly, straight & back again. We've been on this ride together & she's guided my hair fixation with grace, humor, patience & wisdom to protect my locks, which has always left me (& my hubby) SO HAPPY with the results! I've now moved across the country to TN & I still come back to Roxy every 6-8 weeks... she's literally my first stop in CA - luggage & all! I'm SO GRATEFUL for your gifted hands & artistry, Roxy!!! You are BRILLIANT & the BEST!!!
All I can say is what a magical touch that Roxy has! In November I took a chance and went to her and im so glad I did! She is AMAZINGGGGGGG! I've had 3 appointments with her now and NEVER am I ever disappointed when i leave her chair! She is realistic about reaching your hair goal and gives the best advice when it comes to upkeeping and managing your hair! My hair has def made a comeback and feels so much healthier. I trust her with my hair and when I tell her "whatever you think is best" it somehow ends up being what I wanted. She has a way of feeling so comfortable in her chair and the girl y'all is even better
Roxy is SO sweet and I will definitely be coming back to her! I have a "regular" hair girl so for anyone, you know you stick to your person but with everything going on I was open to going with someone else that had to be the best of the best and I'm glad I got recommended to Roxy! Her studio is so cute and private I love it because I don't have to deal with hearing other people's drama besides my own haha
Roxy is pleasant, great conversation, and extremely experienced at what she does. She gave my hair life. Everyone knows working with bleach and over processed hair is not easy but I left out of there with my hair looking amazing. I recommend her to anyone interested in a well done job.
Roxy totally gave me my dream hair!! After not having the best experience at another salon I was nervous to get my hair done again, but Roxy was very detailed and listened to exactly what I wanted. You can tell she is a very skilled hair stylist and uses the best products at her salon. My hair came out better than I had expected. It was blended, the perfect tone, and still looks and feels so healthy. Not only that she is also so professional with keeping her salon clean and taking the COVID precautions necessary. I definitely felt safe coming here. I would definitely recommend getting your hair done here, it is seriously such a gem! roxy you are THE best! the patience you have, the dedication you show for what you do is truly an expression of how much you LOVE to do hair! Snip Snip I went looking for someone who could chop off all my hair back in August 2019 and found Roxy because of her raving reviews. Since then I've continued coming to her because of her attention to detail at every step of the way-- shampooing, chopping, trimming, styling, etc. It's all done sincerely which shows what a quality service she provides. And now I get an even better experience because she has her own studio in the Sola Salons building next to Kohl's! The space is clean and has her warm touch in pink decor.

4 hour appointment for $400, that includes cut, bleach, tone, and blow-dry! Honestly the price market out there for salons have sky rocketed with new techniques and supply cost. Roxanne is such an amazing stylist and so easy to talk to. I enjoyed my time with her and she is definitely someone I will return to!! read more

When my hairdresser moved, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to keep my mane looking fabulous, but Roxy is absolutely amazing! She gave me the color I wanted, conditioned my super-dry hair so that it feels really soft, and gave me a fabulous head massage (better than an actual massage!), all at a very reasonable price. She's also fun, friendly, and intelligent, and she always has something interesting to talk about while she's working on your hair. Do yourself a favor and let Roxy work her magic on you! read more

Roxy is honestly such an incredible hairstylist - she's professional, thorough, and fun company on top of all of that! I've been to her twice now. The first time, I showed up with a botched dye job and she meticulously spent the next 5 hours helping me through it, walking me through each step. It was a super cathartic experience to go to someone who understands how to work with thick Asian hair. My individual hairs are fine but I have a LOT of hair, and many stylists get tired of working with that many layers; she stayed really vigilant throughout it. I saw her again today, almost a year later, and even then, the color she had done for me had continued to blend so well, it didn't look like a faded hair job; it just looked like I had been to the beach lately, which I think speaks volumes to her talent. She added toner today to darken it back to natural and did a piecey bob. The end results brought out the chocolate tones in my hair that I didn't even know existed, and therefore never appreciated until now. She's very accommodating and careful during these times; masks on, gloves on, so I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. I followed her from her last place, and happy to support her no matter where she goes now! read more

Wow! Came here initially just for bleach but she was able to add color, so i got the purple hair Ive been dreaming of! Roxy is so sweet and friendly, during my very long appointment i felt that she cared about me and my hair as much as I did, and it felt like I've known her forever. Roxy takes her time explaining what's best for your hair, gives you a thorough color consult and the suggests the best hair products for a gal on a budget. Well let me tell you Roxy is your girl to save you from that misery. I've known Roxy for a good amount of time. She's been my stylist for the last two years. Her service is top quality. She's is patient she explains the process and products to you. Gives recommendations based on your hair type. She does her research and often times responds in a timely manner if you have any questions about products you're thinking about using in your hair. Roxy is your go to girl. After my hair was severely damaged by a previous stylist she took on the task of helping me get my hair back to being healthy. She was honest during our first meeting and clearly explained what could and couldn't be done to my awful hair. Now that salons have open I'm back to get some actual color in my hair and for her to chop off all the damaged ends. Now we will slowly work toward lightning my hair but also keeping it healthy. read more
