The sushi here wasn't all that great. The thai food however was EXCELLENT. Not spicy at all though (I LOVE spicy, being from Texas and all). But just ask for the spicy sauces and thai pepper and you are good to go. I had the Pad Thai with Pork and it was pretty darned good. My friend had the veggies with Tofu and it was equally as tasty. The service was good, drinks were always full, but the place did have a funky smell to it. Maybe it was just the day we were there, who knows. read more

Delicious and nutricious. This is one of my favorite sushi spots in Miami. While Key Biscayne doesn't have the largest venue of choices for dining, this restaurants is always inviting. Their food is great and not too fattening, (as long as you stay away from the tempura and creme cheese) and the staff is very nice. The new remodeling job also makes the place very appealing. I have to admit that their old look was a little outdated. If you're in the Key and are looking for a place to eat something fresh and healthy, this is a place to keep in mind. read more

This was my first time here, and it was charming inside, although the tables were a bit close to each other. They did have tables outside, but it was way too hot, even at 8 pm to not have air conditioning. The sashimi and sushi were great and you get a lot for one person! The prices were reasonable, and I did not notice any "bad smell" that other reviewers talked about. The menu is a bit overwhelming,something like 5 pages long, and not being a Thai fan, opted for a Japanese dish of seafood with vegetables. It came out as a swan in aluminan foil, and the server "slashed the wings" to open it, still keeping it an amazing presentation. I had lunch here with my husband a few weeks ago. It was a Friday during Lent and we found ourselves in Key Biscayne for a meeting so we immediately thought sushi. Sushi Siam is a good local chain and has never disappointed. We sat outside in the walkway of the shopping plaza. We were disappointed that there were no lunch specials as we wanted something quick and light. We wound up settling on a few rolls to share and my favorite Thai donuts. The donuts were great some of the best in the city but the rolls were not anything special and certainly not memorable. We drank water and our bill still came out to be a pricey for what should have been a casual lunch. I understand that the rent in Key Biscayne must be expensive but if they could keep costs competitive with other sushi restaurants it might actually increase their customer base. read more

Sushi Siam is hidden within a shopping center in the heart of Key Biscayne. I stopped in for dinner with a friend hoping to find great sushi since we were so close to the ocean. We sat outside since my friend was visiting and wanted to enjoy the Florida weather. Our server came quickly and was attentive. Their menu is huge. They have a mix of different Asian fairs with so many options it was frankly overwhelming. I ordered a Thai ice coffee but they were out so I ended up with a Thai ice tea, it was delicious. We finally decided on a few different food items from the menu and place it with our server. Our food came out quickly and it was fine. It wasn't memorial or anything nor was it bad. My friend wasn't impressed but having lived in Japan for a year she is harder to impress. When we got the bill they do automatically include gratuity no matter your group size which I don't really like. They have plenty of parking and are in a great location for tourists and people walking in the area. I doubt I'll return but if you're in the area and want a basic Asian meal Sushi Siam is an option for sure. read more

Like others have said, not all Sushi Siams are equal, this is better than the Lincoln Road location for me. I don't really eat the Japanese fare here but go for the Thai which is delicious and come in large servings. I recommend the Chickan Massiman and the Shrimp Basil. The only downsoide for me is the price, it does run a little expensive but if you can afford it it is worth it. Oh yeah, the Thai Donuts are awesome! read more

Very good Japanese restaurant right on Key Biscayne. They have been around for many years and have their menu down packed to a science. I tried their jerky beef and fried pork Gyozas appetizers also had their lobster , Siam , dragon, shrimp tempura rolls and they are amazingly tasty. To end our meal we had their Thai Donuts with condensed milk topped with sprinkled peanuts. I must say this restaurant offers one of the best delivery service right here on the island of Key Biscayne! read more

The food is good if you get the right things, the sushi is mediocre but the pad Thai and green curry is amazing. When trying to call for delivery they wouldn't let me get a word in, I told them what I wanted and they immediately hung up, I call back to ask how long and if I can pay through the phone to take covid precautions and then simply said "no" and hung up. This is my first Yelp review. I felt I should share my experience to warn others about what to expect at this restaurant. I ordered a Rainbow role and received a California role. When I told the waiter of the mistake rather than bringing me what I ordered he argued with me saying I was wrong. Rather than fight I accepted the food he brought me. The California role was the worst quality sushi I have had. Any supermarket would provide better quality for a cheaper price. My date had the Rainbow role and commented that it was not especially good either. My recommendation is if you are in the mood for sushi, stop by your supermarket and avoid this place. Rude combative waiters combined with poor quality food deserves 0 stars, which I would give if I could. read more

Fastest delivery on Key Biscayne, period. They now offer masaman curry and have a great little bar for watching football on rainy days. The chicken fried rice and the tom ka are my "go to" dishes. As for the sushi, you'll pay about the same as what you'd pay for Chiefs and get a higher quality and better service. The staff is attentive without being overbearing. I highly recommend their dragon roll, volcano roll and spider roll. I had lunch at Sushi Siam on 12/28/12. Surprisingly my friends and I were the first customer of the day. The waiter had really good service. He is polite and friendly. I regretted ordering a cup of green tea even tho it came with free refill service. The tea tasted like diluted tea. Why can't a restaurant which serve Japanese food serve good quality of green tea? The green tea does not even worth 2.50USD. Trust me, never ever try their green tea if you ever taste any good green tea from Asian countries, especially Japan. Well, speaking of their food, I would like to give them thousand likes. I'm from Asia and I love curry. I've tried their Panang Curry and Tofu Curry which are so pleasing to taste buds. I also ordered the "Dynamite Mussels" appetizer, which was a heap of mush on top of large, rubbery mussels. Both dishes were completely inedible. To top that off, the prices were astronomical -- way out of proportion to the quality and value of the items. I can't understand how anyone would give this restaurant more than one star. This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have had in ages. I should have known something was wrong when I opened the menu to a large disclaimer indicating that once customers place their orders, the restaurant would not provide refunds if the food was not satisfactory. Been coming to this restaurant for over 30 years. Has had good food and service in the past but this has radically changed. Was there 2 weeks ago, food was over cooked, served cold. This review a result of a visit last night. Sat down, told we could not be served food for at least 30 minutes because the chef was working on take out orders. Incredibly rude waitress then tells us to leave if we don't like it, urged on by rude manager. This is after 30 years of patronage and just using them for catering the previous week. My favorite of the a Sushi Siam chain. Great fresh sushi for takeout or eat in. Also, the Thai specialties are delicious, especially the curry and pad thai. Their tuna roll, shrimp tempura roll, hot jb roll are all amazing! Not to mention chicken pad Thai, vegetable fried rice, gyozas, and spring rolls! I could probably go on forever but I won't. The restaurant has an inviting feel and the service is great. Their is also now a full bar and extended seating area. We paid $93 for 3 people and ate bad food with a view of the parking lot! The Dragon Roll was fine but the asparagus in it is ... strange. My brother in law ordered the ten zura which comes with cold noodles and tempura vegetables...strange! Finally I ordered a Thai Iced Tea cuz you can't go wrong with that...and left it almost untouched. The waitress was ok but kind of indifferent to us.
