I politely told her we were already on the list and asked if she could double check because our table was supposed to be ready. She VERY unapologetically said they could seat us in 2 hours. This is after we had already waited an hour - on a 15 minute wait list. This is the only negative or even remotely rude experience we've ever had on island. And while I really don't like leaving bad reviews, the way this was handled was not ok - hopefully bringing this to light helps the restaurant fix their broken system and/or saves someone else the hassle.
