Beautiful Decor, excellent service, delicious food! This is a keeper!! Nice for large groups or an intimate date.

It's a cute little spot. Went on a double date with a childhood friend and her man. You get seated. They ask what you want. In all fairness, we were not SURE we were gonna do sushi so we did have to wait for our ginger and wasabi. But I feel like once that was determined that should've been served at our table right away. But we had to wait. Fine. We also had to wait for our drinks and really just to get our server's attention. And he wasn't busy with other tables but on his phone. This easily could've been a four star review had the service been just SLIGHTLY better. We order the AYCE sushi. Worth it. The appetizers and the sushi. All delicious. But be advised, if you don't finish your food, there will be an extra charge. We did NOT have the issue cuz we are EATERS. The bathrooms definitely didn't scream clean and could use some attention. There is a lot for parking.

Let me open up this review by saying Yasemin was an amazing server, and if you go to Miroku ask for her. In the Midwest, sushi is tough to do right. Sushi Miroku does a pretty good job with the taste, freshness of the fish, and presentation. The takoyaki also has chunks of octopus, which you can actually taste, which is a big plus. Where Miroku misses the 5-star hit comes from the ambiance. While our direct server was great, there was something off about the staff that made it feel a bit rushed to be in and out while eating. Aside from that, I would still recommend this spot to the Tinley locals.

Went there today for a retirement party. Nando our server was great. Our group got so many different items from bento boxes, crab boil and sushi. I was very happy with the freshness and quality. We also got to take advantage of happy hour on Sunday - we began there at noon with $6 cocktails. Yum. Looking forward to the next visit

We came for dinner around 4:30 p.m. Staff was warm and welcoming. We were also asked if we preferred the all-you-can-eat-can-eat or regular menu. We chose the regular menu, which is extensive. We love their decor, and they have great music playing in the background. I don't remember the name of our waitress but she was so kind and attentive. Hubby ordered the strawberry margarita, and I ordered the Mai Tai. We both enjoyed our drinks. Hubby ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi combo. It comes with mushroom soup and salad. I ordered the sushi regular platter: 9 pieces with a tuna roll. My entree came with a choice of salad or soup. I chose the salad. The salad was fresh, and hubby said that his soup was different from the miso soup that is usually served, but he liked it. Hubby enjoyed his meal and would order it again. The sushi was extremely fresh and delicious. I also love their presentation. We will definitely come back and try other entrees. Hopefully, we will have room for dessert. If you're at Brookside Marketplace and hungry after shopping, I highly recommend giving this place a try!

So this restaurant that I drove all the way from Chicago to Tinley Park Illinois was just ok. It's a restaurant spot I discovered on a Facebook post that someone said for $20 which is partially true but they didn't tell all the truth that that's only on the weekdays that the $20 or $22 buffet occurs. I came here on a Sunday so now it's even expensive like $39 . I compare it to another similar restaurant called Sushi Taku in Chicago in which there's two locations. First off, with all the different versions of sushi and fusion sushi I expected that they would put pictures of what you're eating. Sushi Taku shows pictures. This place does not and you basically I told the server well suppose I don't like it and you have to pay for a la carte which is the same with Sushi Taku but at least you could see what you're ordering before you order so you don't waste food. Secondly, the freshness of the sushi was not as fresh as Sushi Taku. It wasn't bad but it didn't look like it tasted super fresh and I've been to Japan as well where it's much fresher just like Sushi Taku. Also when you order sushi they are very literal on that paper that you have to fill out on quantity. Sushi Taku if you order one salmon and sushi it's really 4 pieces. This place give small portions and not generous. Their tempura was not as good as Sushi Taku .Especially the shrimp tempura. It looks like a small shrimp. Likewise, with their mushroom tempura. The only two differences that they didn't have at Sushi Taku is a alligator bites or "gator" bites which was just a "meh" okay. That's something you would see in Cajun or Creole cuisine down in New Orleans that they had a lot of. Here they serve but here in a Sushi place but I thought there would do a twist on how it's served. It's okay if you want exotic meat to eat Gator is one that they do have and then they had the mushroom scallions soup in which I didn't want to have traditional miso soup as I already eat so much of that when I was younger. It just doesn't excite me like it used to eat Miso soup. The other disappointment is if you order sashimi it's $10 more even on a weekend so I'm already spending $33 plus gratitude. At least they gave fair warning on their menu but it's like kind of hidden in the fine print. Ambience is pretty amusing having artificial Sakura trees or Cherry blossom trees as their motto. I finished off the dessert with green tea mocha ice cream. I didn't really care for the cheesecake because I'm not a big fan of cheesecake at all. So it doesn't surprise me with the dessert limitations similar to Sushi Taku in Logan square Chicago and perhaps Bucktown Chicago. I would probably come back for the $20 menus on the weekdays now that I know about that but for the weekends it's not worth the price. Three stars quality wise. It's not bad but it's not like a something I would drive all the way to Chicago and do cartwheels and backflips of excitement. I'd have to go here by chance again when I have free time when I am down in Tinley Park or Orland Park. Service was okay.

Stopped in on a Tuesday for lunch and we were seated was right away. The service was friendly, the restaurant was very clean and all the food was good. The lunch price was $22 for all you can eat - and the menu was quite large. We will be back!

DELICIOUS!!!! Stopped by today for my first (but definitely not last) time. They offer all you can eat lunch from open-3pm and dinner after that. They do not close between lunch and dinner, their hours were updated a few months ago. The waitress was very friendly and did a good job explaining everything. Spacious seating, the inside is very nice. The food came out at a good pace. The pork gyoza, dragon roll, and tinley park roll were my favorites I tried today. For $22 a person (during lunch) it's hard to beat.

The AYCE (All You Can Eat) Menu - Back page for Dinner

Came in on a slow Sunday night close to the holidays. Sat at the bar area, and had the AYCE (All You Can Eat) menu which for a huge dinner menu is a great deal for $33 I believe. Had some hot tea, miso soup, house salad to start. The Lava roll was awesome, also had the Chicago and Amazing Tuna Salad Roll. All very yummy. Several large rooms to handle a large volume of customers, fairly large bar area with two large TV screens. Staff was very friendly and spoke to one of the managers who highlighted their recent opening and efforts to get quality right and staff properly trained. Which appears to be working well. I will be back to try more of the menu!

The service was amazing she was very attentive and took the time to explain everything on the menu. There's two options you can do all you can eat or regular. The food was phenomenal every single appetizer was delicious full of flavor and everything was fresh. We went on a Thursday so it wasn't so busy it was perfect. It's more of a family vibe.

Some of the specialty rolls off the AYCE menu. Wish I could remember the names. They were all delicious.

One of the better AYCE Asian places we've been to. Their AYCE menu was extensive and not only featured sushi, but kitchen entrees, hibachi items and a large selection of appetizers and specialty rolls. Not quite sure how this place came to be? It took over a space previously held by The Saucy Crab - which is still there - sort of?!? Online it says The Saucy Crab is out of business, but the sign is still up on the building and there are Saucy Crab items on the menu?!? I'm guessing Sushi Miroku moved in and took over, but wanted to keep some of the old Saucy menu items? The wife and I don't particularly care for that way of preparing our shellfish, so we stuck to the AYCE sushi. It should be noted that Sushi Miroku does have numerous menus, so you definitely do not have to order off the AYCE menu. Our server was excellent. His name was Nanda (?) if I recall, and he was friendly, prompt and made great suggestions. The space itself was modern and clean. The food was all very good. Now it wasn't cheap... you paid for it, but we are not people that object to paying for quality. Happy to report the portions were great and all the food was freshly prepared and delicious. There was a nice variety of different rolls and both hot and cold options for your meal. Great experience, overall.

Yesterday was my first time at Sushi Miroku. I have been meaning to check this restaurant out when I saw that they recently opened up. One of the things I like about this restaurant is the option to have all you can eat sashimi whether it is lunch or dinner for a small up charge. The food here is very fresh, high quality and made to order. I also love that their all you can eat menu is inclusive of hibachi, soups, salads, appetizers, rolls, etc. The staff is also really friendly and transparent with explaining how the rules work there, so we had no surprises at the end. Holidays are all day dinner, so it was nice to experience the dinner menu on a Friday afternoon. There's also plenty of free parking on premise. They share the same business as the saucy crab - they have seafood boil as well on the very last page of the menu, which is completely separate and not included in the all you can eat. I'd totally come back again when I'm in the area next and would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for sushi.

SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT ... my friend and I selected The Primal Cut for our monthly girls night out…read more Our radar started to go up when our waitress seemed to not have the most inviting personality. Very dry ... very robotic... almost like... just give me your order so we can all go on with our lives. Shortly after placing our orders, the table next to us was seated with new customers. Our waitress waited on them as well. Being so close we could hear everything. What was most noticeable was how our waitress came to life for them. Initially I justified our waitress as just having a bad day. But when she became bright eyed, bubbly and conversational with them ... I went to the next, more obvious reason... seeing as how they were a party of 4 and we were a party of 2. The only other difference was - that table was white and we were black. Now our reservation was at 5:30pm. We were seated by 5:45pm as I was told that since my reservation specifically requested the "furthest booth from the entrance", they were still waiting for that table to become available. That was fine! Remember this - I requested a booth furthest from the entrance. It wasn't their idea. You'll see how this comes up later. We placed our order around 6pm. Could have been a little later. But I know for sure our main course didn't come out until 7pm. No complaints about the food on my end. But I do have a problem with being told when the bill comes that 1) there is a mandatory 18% gratuity added for parties of 2 and 2) there is a 3.5% fee for using your credit card. Neither of these stipulations were disclosed at the time the reservation was made. In fact, within the reservation confirmation email, there is a section that says "What to know before you go"... You know what it says? It says: " YOU ARE CONFIRMED. Thank you for choosing Primal Cut Steakhouse. Should your plans change, please let us know. We look forward to serving you." Nothing about the mandatory gratuity. Nothing about the 3.5% fee for using your credit card. After arriving home later that evening, I scoured through their website only to find these details were deeply embedded within their website. You have to click on "Menu" and then scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN to the end of the menu in order to find these details. This seems very deceptive. Something as important as this should be on the main page of their website. Especially within the Reservation Confirmation!! Customers should not be expected to read through the entire menu to find this out, or like us, find out once the final bill arrives. Something else I did not find on their website and wasn't included within our reservation confirmation was that you are only allowed 90 minutes to occupy your table/booth. Here's how we found out... By 8pm, who I believe to be the manager approached our table and asked how we enjoyed our meal. She then goes on to say "I know you ladies were chatting away, and that's why we gave you this booth so far away" ...(did you catch that... not that I requested it in my reservation)... She goes on to say "But each reservation is only valid for 90 minutes and we are getting backed up, and need to give this table to other customers... so if you wouldn't mind..." As mentioned earlier, the 90-minute seating time for our reservation was NOT disclosed beforehand. Not on their website (not that I can find), and not on the reservation confirmation. Keep in mind - even if that is their rule, it took an hour to get our main entrée. It was 7pm by then. By 8pm they were giving us the boot. Additionally, there were only 2 people waiting to be seated when we arrived. I didn't see a line, or a "back-up" as the Manager claimed. Needless to say, I believe this was very deceptive by not CLEARLY & OPENLY disclosing that 1) there is a mandatory 18% gratuity added for parties of 2, #2) there is a 3.5% fee for using your credit card and 3) Each reservation is only for 90 minutes. Regardless of the time your main entrée is served. If Financial Institutions and other establishments are required to be fully transparent and disclose their fees and stipulations around services rendered why wouldn't The Primal Cut?? After getting home and looking at other reviews, it seems other Brown and Black people have also experienced questionable treatment here as well... so this is nothing new... just not addressed. We all work hard for our money. For me, I'd rather spend it at an establishment that makes me feel like the prize and works hard to earn the money I've worked hard for and leaves me in eager anticipation of my next visit. I didn't get this here and will happily spend my money elsewhere.
