We also found a big and very sharp piece of plastic in my son's Udon bowl. If he had eaten it we would be in the hospital. I'm glad the server took the feedback and apologized, but this was dangerous and I'm not sure management got the message. Prices are like in other sushi bars but the main difference here is that there was no variety at all! The band was almost empty except for 5 dishes. The tags started to look funny without food. We had to ask for water because no one asked us what yo order or if we wanted anything to drink. Sundays are the most crowded days. This is the best conveyor belt sushi I have eaten. Fresh and delicious. The tuna is very yummy. We tried so many thing on the menu and loved all of it for sure. The staff is nice and friendly. Yes they wore masks and rubber gloves. This is a average cost for sushi around 3-5 dollars for a plate. I love the Sake as well. They have draft beer and canned as well. I highly recommend trying this place. If you like spicy they will make it spicy for you for sure. Back to the price. This is easy since the plates are colored to show costs.. i.e. green is 2 dollars and purple is 5 dollars. This place has great food and it tasted fresh. I will be coming back for sure. I did noticed after awhile that most of the sushi on the belt sat there during my entire meal so I ordered all of my seared sushi since I liked them warm. Service was quick, didn't need to wait long for my food. And oh man, if you like scallops, YOU HAVE TO TRY THEIR SEARED SCALLOPS SUSHI. I was honestly not expecting that it would be this good, but it was. Make sure you get it fresh though. They did miss a plate of masago sushi we ordered but in the end they comped an extra plate off our bill due to that. The only other thing I noticed was I couldn't find the prices tags corresponding to the color of the plate, which is kind of dangerous lol(especially for me). I didn't ask them so I don't know if it's just somewhere else that I didn't look at. I simply went on their menu and looked at the prices of the sushi instead. Best at lunch while it's busy. I would not recommend the fried items as they're a bit hard to time and aren't good cold. Sushi was average, overpriced for the quantity. We paid $60 for 3 people and we were not even full. While not the cheapest especially compared to Sushi Land, the quality makes up for it relatively. I could eat the seared salmon endlessly here. The conveyor belt was mostly full for a later Sunday lunch and had a decent variety. Most of the items looked well presented and fresh. We didn't have to wait too long when we wanted specific items off the menu either. Service was attentive when needed. This is our go-to sushi spot on the eastside of Lake WA. The salmon belly is always super fresh. Other favorites include: Seahawks Roll, Bellevue Roll, Seared Salmon, Spicy Salmon/ Spicy Tuna Gunkan. The hot tea is good and doesn't have a bitter taste like other places. Even though it's a conveyor belt sushi spot, the quality is top notch. We like it even better than Kura. (Mainly due to the insane wait times at Kura) Tip: If you like the salmon collar, order it when you sit down as it can sometimes take a while to make. Also save room for desert! They really have a wide selection of offerings from sashimi to udon, ramen, sesame balls, etc. This is what caught my attention- something for everyone ! I have been coming here for about five years. Sushi me is not my first choice when it comes to sushi in Seattle, but it's very good for around the Bellevue Redmond area. Average price, and slightly better than average sushi. Definitely better quality than Sushiland but not same quality as Musashis or Umi Sake House. Their baked mussels have gotten better. The calamari, California roll, and sashimi have always been good and consistent. For some reason I feel like the wasabi here isn't spicy at all. I have to put like a teaspoon on each piece of sushi to taste it at all. That's not the case with the wasabi I get from other places I've been to. Same with the ginger not being as strong. I got the ramen for the first time today. The tonkatsu broth was okay, not too much flavor. The chicken in it was tasty and juicy. I feel like for ramen, the egg should be slightly undercooked, whereas here it is boiled completely. The waitresses are very attentive and check on you a lot. It felt at times that they were just trying to get people to finish and get out of there, but that might just be because it's always busy. Later on, I knew you have to order them to get them, not finding them on the conveyor belt. The quality of the rolls was okay. Not so fancy but good enough for the price range. How are the three of us supposed to separate the food when it's all mixed together? 2- for all these rolls they sent 4 measly packets of soy sauce. This is my favorite sushi place in Bellevue. You can show up in casual clothes or all dressed up, no matter you always feel comfortable. The wait is never too long, even though they are always busy. They have put up dividers between the tables for covid and all the sushi on the conveyor belt is covered with a little see through lid. It's all delicious, I haven't eaten anything I didn't love.
