The sear really adds a nice smoky flavor, and the fish to rice ratio is very nice - each piece of fish is quite thick, and they are very fatty pieces of salmon. I do wish it was slightly *more* seared to intensify the flavor even more, but that's a personal preference. I've had this item a couple of times and it's great each time. read more

Thought this was pretty good! They have an iPad where you order, but the online ordering doesn't make it clear which rolls contain which allergens. I did end up getting the attention of someone behind the counter to ask about gluten in a few of the rolls, but you can tell they prefer people to just use the iPad. She was able to do the seared salmon roll for me without the soy sauce on it, and then I had to pay to get gf soy sauce on the side. Wish it was an equal sub since I know they cost equal to the business. The roll was pretty good. Did not look like the picture.
