We ordered the bone marrow appetizer, iceberg wedge, Caesar salad, and two kids meals to go. Unfortunately, nearly every aspect of our order had problems. The bone marrow was excessively salty to the point of being inedible. We tried to salvage it by scraping away the salt, but ultimately had to throw it out, I was not happy as you know bone marrow is not cheaply priced. The salsa macha accompanying it was also missing. My Caesar salad arrived with wilted lettuce literally hanging out of the container, clearly not fresh enough to serve. One kids meal had the wrong side item, no silverware was provided, and our drinks were forgotten entirely. We returned to address these issues, and while the manager was apologetic and remade our order, the replacements were still subpar. My LARGE salad was noticeably smaller than what I originally ordered, and the salsa macha, when finally provided, was very mediocre at best. I've had a lot better. I'm typically understanding when restaurants make one or two mistakes, but when an entire order is executed this poorly, it's hard to overlook. I understand they were busy, but they seriously need to execute better under those conditions. For a chophouse at this price point, the quality and attention to detail should be far better. Never have I ever experienced a flashlight being used over our food to prove a non-valid point. At this point, I was so freakin hungry that I did not want to argue, and so I ate the dry steak.
