Solid meal! Wish I could give 3.5 because that feels perfect. I gave this spot a chance after reading the reviews and can confirm they definitely are a little heavy handed on the rice. And equally heavy handed on their sashimi thickness cuts which isn't terrible just a lot of fish since traditionally sushi is meant to be eaten in one bite. That being said quality was decent and I love that they offer purple rice for everything too! Worth a try in a pinch

I ordered last few times from this place and the quality of fish is not how it used to be before.. rolls don't taste like they used to taste before..and not sure why there were carrots in my Philadelphia roll... I guess so it will be less fish and cream cheese? also prices went up a lot. Also this another annoying thing is that you can't order with them over the phone or you cannot walk in and order to go. It has to be through third party only. So inconvenient... I guess moving on to find a new sushi spot. So unfortunate

The bowls are so fresh and yummy. Location parking is tough. But you can do a good lunch and get it rocking.

I decided to try this place and ordered nigiri, hand rolls, and cut rolls from Uber Eats.

I had placed a phone order, for pick up; upon arrival, I found the service was prompt. I saw my food ready to go, just past the main walk-in area. Almost immediately after that, I was taken care of by the host and on my way. I've been waiting to try this place for ages so on the drive back to work I was excited to steal a piece of meat from the bag. Initial bite flavor was good, meat was tender just a bit on the chewy side.. I wasn't bothered by it too much as I'd have to leave it in an oven warmer at work. Trying to keep food warm, in doing so, I knew there'd be only two possible outcomes, melting tender or either tough & dry. So, the dish of meat and rice sat in the warmer for almost an hour hour and a half. The downhill slope.... Set the "meat " on the veggies and began to eat. Meat after meat, I kept experiencing the same exact texture. It was the same exact rubbery chew, I initially tasted. Each and every piece was the same exact flavor. There was no peak, there was no pitfall. If you cook or grill, you know this is a red flag. Normally, consistency would be a good thing, a Master craftsman type experience, but this was NOT it. As go on, I get the sinking feeling, this can't be real meat. I lock in, the deeper I dig, each piece looks the same, broken apart the same, tastes the same, just various shapes. They can call me crazy for this one - I'll stand by it. Something is not right here. I'm not even going to throw it away. I'm going to study it for the next few days and post an updated review. I hope I'm wrong but as of right now, I'll never revisit this place. Too freaky of an experience. We

Although the food was good, the overall experience was frustrating…read more Parking is limited to metered street parking, and in this neighborhood finding a spot is hit or miss. I ended up parking a few blocks away. Once inside, the only way to order was through a kiosk -- so much for asking questions. I also realized that you're actually ordering from two different restaurants on the same system. I entered my order for the grilled cheese sandwich, but when I backed out to the main menu to add the wings, the order was canceled and I had to start over. When I tried to order the wings again, the kiosk kept giving me an error and wouldn't process it and at the end of the transactions, I was asked, how much do I want to tip? There are only a handful of seats inside and a bench out front. The tables were filthy. I had the bulgogi grilled cheese sandwich and my partner ordered the Korean BBQ chicken wings. We both agreed the food was good, but it felt pricey for what we got. Driving home, my thought was simple: good food, but not an experience that makes me want to come back.

The music they were playing was too loud to enjoy a meal there, so I got it to-go. You can order online, at the kiosk tablet or talk with a staff member to place your order. Right off the bat, I noticed that they do not list the price of the menu items on the menu. I ordered 2 tacos (Galbi and the Bulgogi) and OMGEE, my eyes were shocked to see the bill of $37.13. Anyway, since it's my 1st time here, I thought, "ok, let's just try it and see if the quality and/or portion justifies the price. 1. Galbi Tacos (3.5/5): Galbi is basically marinated short ribs that's diced up. The flavor of the meat itself was good - tender, flavorful and slightly charred. It is topped heavily with a bed of Cole slaw, onion, cilantro and some creamy, tangy mayo-like sauce. I think the amount of toppings outweigh the meat portions, so it's not well-balanced at all. 2. Bulgogi Tacos (3.5/5) Rating the bulgogi meat itself, I would give it a 4 out of 5 stars, as the thinly sliced rib eye was marinated well in the bulgogi seasoning, which is umami-rich, garlicky and nutty from the sesame oil & sesame seeds. Like the other taco, the ratio of meat to toppings (slaw, onion, cilantro) is off. Of note, the corn tortilla for the tacos were very dry and easily tore apart, so it made eating the tacos super messy and quite a pain since they do not give you any utensils. I ended up ditching the taco shells and just eating the insides. Lastly, the limes they gave me with my tacos were completely dried, rendering them useless to dress my tacos (smirk). Even though each taco order comes with 2 tacos, $18/order for street-taco truck quality tacos and where the amount of Cole slaw outweighs the amount of meat ... this is just a bit too much. Sorry to say, but I will not be coming back. There's too many other restaurants in the area competing for my business.

All their weekday lunch specials come with hot & sour soup and an egg roll. I had to get their signature spicy orange chicken which is tangy and perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. It's seriously such a great deal with the amount they give you. Even their dim sum items are discounted during lunch too so I got all my favorites like shumai, radish cakes, green onion pancakes, string beans, and even the rainbow xiaolongbao sampler which is basically Russian roulette for you to guess the flavor of each. But the real sleeper on the menu are the sweet & spicy corn ribs. Love the nod to the Asian taste profile, and it's sooo satisfying to eat! Thanks for reading! ^-^

I've been coming here for the past two years, and their quality is stayed consistently high, if not even improving! They also have an amazing cocktail menu (which is more unusual for dim sum spots) and weekday lunch special menu from 12-3 PM, which features select dim sum and traditional Chinese dish combos at VERY affordable prices (all under $20). Honestly, everything I've tried on every visit has been AMAZING, but I highly recommend asking your waiter for recommendations and specials, since I've been able to try so many new dishes that I probably wouldn't have ever ordered. I ordered the Taiwanese popcorn chicken with a side of rice and scallion pancakes. The popcorn chicken was very reasonably priced for the portion size and came with plenty of pieces. The scallion pancakes were priced a bit higher than I expected, but ultimately worth it. The chicken was extra crispy and well seasoned. It didn't have the familiar five-spice or cinnamon note I usually associate with Taiwanese popcorn chicken, but it was still very good in its own right. It also came with a side of sweet chili sauce, which paired well. The scallion pancakes were also a standout. Crispy on the outside, but soft, doughy, and pleasantly chewy inside without being overly oily. I would definitely order again.
