The only times I really eat sushi rolls is when I'm at a place like this, so we ordered one to get our mayo intake for the month and the rest were sashimi or nigiri pieces. It makes it feel a lot fancier when the food comes out on a wooden boat serving platter than on little plates so brownie points for that.
