Not fancy, but comfortable and casual atmosphere. There are tables and booths. It was busy on this Friday night (our first time ever here). We wanted a booth instead of the tables that were close to several other tables filled with customers and they allowed us to wait by the bar/counter where we watched and also looked at the menu to decide what sushi we wanted. Once seated, we were able to order quickly getting the Happy Family, Atlanta Roll, and Alaska Roll, miso soup. They were all good! What was even more welcoming was the price - definitely a great value, which probably explained why there were plenty of carryouts/pickups. Good food, good service, and amazing price!

When you walk in, there is a counter where you place your order. It isn't a server style setup. You pay for your items, and they are brought out to your table. I ordered the shrimp tempura roll, and my husband got the Rock n Roll to start. I usually get my sushi rolls made with soy paper, but they don't offer that here. Usually, the Shrimp Tempura Roll doesn't come with sauce on it. My husband is a Type 1 Diabetic so had that of been his roll we would've had to send it back with all that sugar. Not sure why this came with sauce. I always get mine on the side. We both really loved our rolls. We ended up taking our hibachi to go because we loved our rolls so much we finished them and were full. We both got Chicken and Shrimp Hibachi. The hibachi was okay. One of the things I've struggled with moving to SC, is how flavorless the fried rice is. The rice was lacking in flavor, and the rest was okay.
