Food was delicious but the ramen was a bit salty. Maybe because the pickled egg was pickled too long. Service was good but not stellar resulting in the 1 star drop. The rolls were had and the salads were all made well. read more

I'm vegetarian and ordered hibachi veggie w/fried rice... rice was gummy and no seasoning whatsoever in the dish. I couldn't put enough sauce on it. He ordered chicken and shrimp and ended up just closing the box. We also ordered the soup... disgusting. Nothing was good. We chucked down what we could as we were hungry it was a late DoorDash order. We won't be ordering again! read more

The food here is top notch every time and I have not had any issues with any orders so far. Service is top notch no complaints at all, they are quick to come, get your order when you are ready and bring it in a timely fashion. Ambiance: it's kind of small, the decor is very nice and they have a lot of local business cards at the front which shows they support the local community. read more

What an adorable Japanese Restaurant in Moore, SC. You are greeted as soon as you walk through the door. The wait staff is super friendly and tries to be accommodating. We felt like we were taken care of very well. The service is just top notch. We have had their sushi, Bento Boxes, and soups. We have always enjoyed the food. The presentation of the sushi is always beautiful. If you happen to be in the mood for Steak, sushi or Bento I would say give this place a shot. Hopefully you have a wonderful relaxing experience with great food like we do. read more

The food here is always delicious! The bowls are great for the family and I love the selection of fresh, hand-made sushi. The very best part of the dining experience is the service. The staff is unfailingly sweet, kind, and attentive. Love those guys!!! read more

First time there, invited by a friend, we were amazed at the food, the ambience and the amazing service. We started with the Kani Tempura as appetizer. Ordered the Special Ramen Soup, Bang Bang Shrimp Roll, the Anggie Roll and the Mama Roll (baked). Everything was spectacular. Looking forward to trying the Salmon Teriyaki Roll next time. We will be regulars here for sure! read more

Do not order from this restaurant, the food was delivered an hour late and the ramen soup was disgusting, in fact my husband vomited after merely tasting the soup and had to use Listerine to get the taste out of his mouth.. I was starving and took one bite and we had to throw it all out, even our dogs wouldn't go near the food!! read more

Service was great and food was delicious. We had a group of eight and everyone enjoyed this place. Definitely will come here again.

For less than $8 you can eat like a king. That is for sure. But when you order sushi you'd better have the budget of a king. A few rolls can easily set you back $30. After trying the California roll, it could very well have you over the moon. I absolutely love that they have outdoor seating. Bring your doggy for a day out, that's what I did! However you'd better be a small person frame wise, because those seats I swear are made for children. But I got through it barely hanging onto the edge. I never recommend restaurants get seats with any kind of arm rests for this very reason. But once outside it's nice. Probably would be better had it not been nearly 100 degrees but I digress. If you enjoy Japanese food this should be on your go to list. They nearly do it all. When they sat down that bento box it was a wrap. My tofu bento box included and I rate it as: Gyoza x 2 - 3/5 stars, tastes fried from frozen and prepackaged. California roll x 4 pieces - 3/5 stars, I can and have made better, but not bad. Tofu - 4/5 stars - good flavor, good balance Fried rice - 3/5 stars - I would've liked to have seen more in the rice as far as vegetables or egg. Salad - 4/5 stars, premixed salad from The store but the dressing was very good. Clear soup - 4/5 - I was surprised how much flavor it had and would definitely recommend it on each visit here to start or even end your meal off. All in all. In giving them a solid 4/5 stars for being better than most but not standing out enough from the rest. Nice hidden gem, a good go to before your shopping at Publix around the corner. Because you should never grocery shop on an empty stomach. read more

TLDR: Great service, great food, LARGE PORTIONS for the price. Came here for a lunch, service was quick, the ambiance of the restaurant was small but clean and nice. Food: Edamame: 4/5 - Cooked well, decent seasoning Beef Tataki: 5/5 - Well seasoned and cooked to a great temperature to maintain a good texture. Salmon Bento Box: 5/5 - Large portion of food! Everything was cooked and seasoned well. Couldn't believe the amount of food I got for the price. Had a good amount of leftovers for another full meal. Volcano Roll: 5/5 - Very tasty and decent portion size. read more

I'm reviewing the Reidville location. The food here is mediocre, and the even more the service. Ever since I first tried this location the servers haven't had the best attitude. I get the feeling I'm an inconvenience when I go there. I don't know their working environment so who knows what's going on but it's been every time, not just one bad server. I have been to the Greenville location and they are much more inviting and the food has better flavor. If you're craving Japanese and don't want to drive Further it's okay, there's better options in the area. I don't think i'll be going back. read more

The food was amazing! I had a special and a "small" plate afterwards. Both were incredible! The wine pour almost filled the glass. The best part is one of the employees visited me and talked about the dishes. I could tell he was passionate about serving delicious and desirable dishes. read more

Definitely a place that I did not think I would like so much. Turns out, I found a new sushi roll that is I never thought I would try, eat, and like. Friendly and helpful service. Good portions. Food tasted great. Already thinking of what I want to try next.

They have great service and the food was also great until I saw roaches coming down the wall!

Very good and fresh sushi in the area. Customer service is really nice. The facility looks always clean.

This place has everything you need to be the perfect night out. Located right next door to Keg and Cellar, you are able to grab a beer while you wait outside on the patio for your food to finish cooking. They also have LARGE PORTIONS. However, for me, the taste just isn't there. It is good. But, Fuji has a better taste and is much cheaper. read more

It's better to eat inside. I say that because Beto on a a DoorDash order is way over priced. Doesn't include drinks nor soup that you'll get for a Beto inside read more

It's ok but lacking in flavor and this restaurant has ingredients in components very out of place. The rice is not fried but taste as though it's just tossed or soaked in beef broth. Not fried at all. Not a fan of the rice. Yum yum sauce mayonnaise was heavy as was the ginger dressing. Never had mayo in ginger dressing or the ginger sauce, big disconnect for me. Sushi was really good. Dumplings, egg rolls all good. Service was awesome!!!!! Not what I expected. May revisit and try something different. Just don't see the rice as the base improving to support the rest of the movie stars in the line up !! 3 stars read more

My fav sushi place I am obsessed with them! I go every chance I get being that I live an hour and a half away!

My wife and I shared the sushi party for two. We also added a couple of rolls. The miso soup was not good, but all of the sushi was quite good. Service was amazing I order to go but even how quick they made it was fantastic, they said 15 I came in 15 minutes later and it was already wrapped, bagged and ready to go!! The food was just delicious their spring rolls are the best especially with the sauce .. mmm mmm mm with a nice little kick of heat . You can't go wrong. Plus I would love to just be able to sit down and eat their but it's only close to my place of work. If they're open till 10 pm (which I didn't check) I'd definitely make that my dinner spot once a week. read more

Gross. Not good at all. Sushi roll rice was mushy and fell apart. Steak was unseasoned. Waste of money.

Love this place. I've eaten sushi from here to the Pacific Coast and it's got to be one of the best. You have to try them all. Two thumbs up! read more

My favorite new sushi place. Very tasty and fast service. Try the bento soup! Very clean and friendly service.

I had a terrible experience here. Went inside to place a takeout order, since the online ordering doesn't show the full menu, and waited 10 minutes before someone even greeted me (or the person in front of me who had been standing there longer). Went to place my order, which was just two things, and the employee berated me saying that I was confusing him. Mind you my orders were two hibachi plates, no special requests, and I was showing him exactly what it was on the menu. I have no idea how that could be confusing, but I was still kind and left a tip that I later regretted. I waited for my food for 45 minutes with no employee coming to give me, or the other people waiting, updates or anything. I finally got fed up and went back to ask an employee myself and when he looked he realized there was no order under my name. I told him my order and they found it under a different name, the employee proceeded to YELL at me saying I shouldn't of given him the wrong name! Why would that even matter because they weren't giving orders out to anyone anyways? I don't mind a mistake, we all make them, I cannot tolerate being yelled at for someone else's wrongdoings. Low and behold, my meal had been ready and was sitting out for whatever reason. It was cold. I couldn't even be bothered to complain to the staff in that moment because of the massive amount of disrespect. Hoping to get in touch with a manager. read more

I visited Konnichiwa for the first time a few weeks ago. I was blown away by how amazing the food is. The ambiance is fantastic as well. It's like being at a Kenny G/ Barry Manilow concert while you dive in on delicious chicken and rice. And don't get me started on the spring rolls. The chili sauce just brings it all together as well as a tear to my eye. 10/10 will be back. read more

Go here about once a week and have the food brought out to the car. Great sushi that I don't have to go to Greenville for.

Brought a co-worker and Customer to Konnichiwa for lunch. Irma provided excellent service. Our order was correct and she frequented the table regularly for drink refills, napkins, and Togo boxes. The food was delicious. I ordered the Super Bowl - steak, chicken, and shrimp over rice and veggies. It was a very generous amount of meat, chicken, and shrimp. You would expect them to cut back on the amount since there are three but they don't. I brought some home due to the large amount of the dish. Thanks Irma for your five Star service and food. read more

Ordered take-out for the first time today. The restaurant was super clean looking and very chic. The host was very friendly and patient with me as I made my order. Food came out in less than 15minutes after I ordered. It was all super delicious. Best sushi around period! Ordered the hwy9 roll and the volcano roll, my husband absolutely loved it (he is SUPER picky about his sushi). I ordered the chicken bento. The amount of food and the quality for the price is AMAZING! I definitely recommend this place! We normally travel all the way to Greenville for good sushi but we will be coming here from now on!! read more

This particular review has nothing to do with the food, more about the staffing. For one they bring you your food faster than biden can formulate a sentence. Two this food is so so guuud:0 and Three it made me go to the bathroom...i had to take a massive load off. While i was in the bathroom, everyone heard me trying to relieve my bowels. One employee in particular decided to be so helpful, that he shoved his head up my ass, and proceeded to eat my shitter, like an apple fritter. I give big props to my guy.
