I didn't notice I haven't reviewed them yet. Just went for the second time today. Trying out their pickup service. It's actually pretty good, less than 30mins to get it filled up n all i did was just go, pay n walk out. From my first time perspective? I literally just parachuted their. It's an expression meaning i chose to just walk in n hope for the best. Despite them being bombarded, the madam at the time gave me a menu to look over n i was blessed enough to get a mini tour sense it calmed down a bit, she would help the pickup orders in between. I made up my mind for something to help me rest better. Sense im still stressing hard over my medical situation. Round one i went with; Float star dawg corey flower, nice burn took a whole to hit me but when it does? Omg best sleep of my life!, dream tincture, i use it when im stressing. Or to alternate flower. Nice under the tongue but i mix it with food or vape juice n it just so pleasant in minor dozes. Tried the mints out. Those are nice! Super low doze but perfect for subduing a near panic attack in public. Mellow me out but no high which is perfect for discreet social peace. And lastly a single use vape pen trying out a Relief type. It takes forever to set but it's nice alternative to flower. Im very neutral with vape but i liked the flower better. Round 2; Float, Animal Larry flower. Haven't tried it yet, smell delicious. Went with coral Reefers, mixed berry chews. They are as strong as the chocolate. More easy to carry for discreet pleasure. Keep em in a cool place, mine started to mush a bit. Black berry mints always a delight to try and Full spectrum oil extract to see if this better alternative to the tincture. I plan to try baking with it n have a nice dessert on bs days. Store is clean, organized and the staff is amazing. Both methods work great but i do recommend order in advance sense all products are available through the FiFo method. (First in first out). I love how they place everything in protective sleeves n come in their own tubs. I like that cuz it's a double layer of protection. I always put everything back inside n keep it in a cool place. Then its handed to you in a nice discreet ish bag. I say ish cuz on one side it says in bold letters "thc" lol Oh yeah bring cash, they do have an atm though.

I like Suterra because their medical Marijuana is true to form. That's the bottom line. The staff is friendly too.

When I initially obtained my medical card, Dr. Smith was great, quick In and Out appointments, and…read moreno issues with getting capacity limits adjusted if needed. Recently I have been over my limit for almost a week which is unusual, so I sent an email requesting it to be increased. For some reason, this time the request was forwarded from Dr. Smith to the "manager" Traci who responded with a snarky condescending rude email and stated that she has up to 10 business days to review my medical request! Essentially insinuating that she is going to take her time in attending to a medical matter. She doesn't seem to understand that she works at a medical facility, and apparently treats a place like she's a bar manager. Based on other's reviews apparently the rude attitude from customer service is common here. I won't be ever going back here again and I suggest you take your money elsewhere as well if you want to be treated like an actual patient.

I saw Dr. Monica Esposito on May 7th and it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience,…read morenot just with her but the entire company. This was my first time being a transfer patient after already being approved for medical marijuana for over three years. My previous doctor had me at 4 oz of flower every 35 days due to my tolerance increasing over the years and 2.5 not being enough to manage my symptoms anymore. My previous doctor had amounts that were working perfectly for me. Unfortunately I got tempted to "save money" with Doc MJ's $70 transfer patient promotion on Groupon -which still ended up costing about the same as a renewal at my other doctor ($150)- after they insisted I pay $60 for the Doc MJ mental health evaluation in addition to the $70 appointment fee. I was under the impression that the state has already approved me for 4oz of flower and it shouldn't be a problem keeping the same regimen as I had before and I would be able to purchase flower after my appointment but I was very wrong. I was reset to the same dosages as a brand new patient(2.5 oz of flower with my inhalation/aggregate amount being basically cut in half). She put in a request to increase flower to 3oz (which the state approved right away) but said that she won't increase it until 7 months out at my next appointment. During my appointment I stressed to the doctor that I mainly use flower, cartridges (inhalation), and sometimes edibles but I don't use the other routes. The inhalation amount was decreased from 400mg per day to 200mg and other routes were increased on my prescription such as oral, topical, sublingual, and suppository. Due to my amounts being changed I have not been able to purchase flower which is the easiest route for me to afford. I'm getting very stressed out because I'm about to run out of flower because my flower amount has stayed at 0 oz available to be dispensed since my appointment. Even though I was approved, I'm still not able to access my medicine and now I have to worry about running out with my inhalation amount since it was SIGNIFICANTLY decreased. None of the representatives I talked to when scheduling gave any warning of how my amounts would be affected during this process as a transfer patient (which they should disclose when they're encouraging people to transfer doctors).very disappointed that it is impossible to get ahold of the doctor, there's no options to leave messages about your concerns and no way to contact them to ask them to help you. They have no care for their patients. Before my appointment I had about 7gs of flower left available to be dispensed but after the appointment that completely disappeared. I saw Dr. Esposito on May 7th and even though I was approved, I will not be able to access my medicine until May 13th and there's no way to call her or leave a message, it all goes to a call center. They made me fill out a request form which takes 12-14 business days to be processed, and I don't even know if it will be approved, but if it is, I'll still have to wait for approval from the state after that. I just know that I paid for a medical card and drs appointment for medical marijuana but now I'm not going to be able to access it the way that a PATIENT should. I'm going to keep running out of medicine for my PTSD, ANXIETY, AND DEPRESSION. Extremely disappointed with the DOC MJ experience and I've been crying everyday since my appointment due to the stress of it.

A former bank, this Dispensary has a drive through, and a lovely, lofty interior with polished concrete floors. When you arrive, you give them your ID and sit in the waiting area until you're called back. Once in the back, they have their product on display and nice screens that tell you what they have in stock. At the time of my visit, I was looking for vape cartridges, and they had some pretty good things in stock. The bud tender Tyler (I think, His handwriting of his name was difficult for me to read)was really helpful. He explained how to use concentrates and was happy to answer any questions I asked. I really enjoyed the location, their product is pretty good. I did buy some green and the bud I got "99 problems" and that's pretty good stuff. I'll make the drive here on occasion.

The Medical Records line is extremely difficult to work with . I called to speak to the medical…read morerecords department . I was told by a new employee , who couldn't even tell me what her role was in the medical records department , that the medical records manager (Karri Wh!t!ng) was out of office . Karri then takes over the call with an attitude as if I was hounding the new employee, when I was simply asking how do I get my records from the literal Medical Records department. Karri tells me they don't have my lawyer's medical records request authorization on file, so I was told they need to send me a medical request form. I explained that I need this form promptly due to legal reasons & she confirmed she had my email on file, this was 20 minutes ago. Karri has purposely not sent the email 20 minutes later all because she's not feeling like doing her job & denying a patient a medical records request when she's the so-called manager of this department. This is unacceptable service and I've never had to request medical records before with Canna MD. I've never experienced this low level of customer service from anyone from this company before so I had to write a review , sadly, a bad one, because of the experience I've had with Karri, who was supposed to be the manager of medical records. I hope this owner sees this and makes changes to the medical records management because this is unacceptable and in violation of Florida law . I'm considering filing a complaint with the Florida Department of health services due to this poor experience and deliberate refusal to provide services as requested. I am finally on the phone with Karri after she claimed the emails were sent, however they didn't land in either of the email inboxes provided. I asked if she was willing to provide me with their email so I could start a thread on my end and ensure I got the document , however her tone throughout this call was very insulting to say the least. She said I could send the email but she wouldn't get to it until next week. I asked "how can you send me a document as you just claimed , but not receive an email and respond with the same document on the phone?" She laughed on a recorded line when I asked why she was unwilling to complete this simple task , & then I asked what was funny..she replies with phrases like "Well if you must know" like of course I want to know, I'm uneducated on how you all do YOUR jobs in med records & was seeking transparency regarding how you all send documents. that is where she agreed to reply to the email. She replied to the email however the documentation I requested was not attached, although she had access to the document. This employee does not take their job seriously as I just got off the phone with her and she refused to provide me with the document in response to the email address that I sent (that she provided) . She is mocking me on the phone as if I'm getting some sort of entertainment trying to get a medical document from her, when in fact, I am emotionally distressed. After this experience with CannaMD. I'm literally being treated for conditions pertaining to this stress. This is unreasonable and unprofessional conduct. I'm absolutely appalled with the medical records department manager, I will be switching away from Canna MD for future certifications. I love my Dr , however I can't continue to support a company that hires unprofessional management. They did nothing to follow up regarding my complaint which was supposed to go to the MR Dept Director ? Gloria?, no worries, the review serves its purpose well enough. They've attempted to report my review on Google , rather than reaching out to resolve my complaint. Luckily Yelp allows the truth to be spoken without any censorship. Update: 10 minutes after my phone , all of a sudden I get an email response from Karri sending the attachment. This confirms my suspicion of her being on an ego trip & purposely bullying a patient for her own satisfaction. I'm trying not to cry but this ruined my day. Ppl are unreasonably cruel.
