My Dr was…read morenot only 10 mins late to my appointment but I guess she was filling in for my actual doctor, the doctor who was there for my appointment had no idea how to answer my questions & had me on hold while she "asked their manager" and then had 3 ppl speaking over her on our phone call & then ended my appointment without even helping me. I had to call their costumer service number & they were able to connect me with a different doctor who actually answered my questions & helped me. I then had this doctor text my personal number unprofessional messages after I talked to corporate. At first it was they don't have the right to raise my limits to "they don't raise limits at this location" to "we have to ask the state" thankfully the new doctor I was set up with took care of everything for me easily. The doctors at this specific location seem to be unprofessional, uneducated, and rude. Don't go to this location. I will be switching providers after today.

I think it's bullshit, and I believe it is due to the nature of the business. To me, Yelp is not allowing people to rate businesses the way people feel that they deserve. When I rate a restaurant with 5 stars, it is posted as a 5 star business, but when I post 5 stars to a business that the Yelp administrators do not agree with, they reject it. How does Yelp feel that they have the right to censor my ratings of a business. I GUESS THAT YELP ACTUALLY DOES THE RATINGS, NOT THE ACTUAL CUSTOMER

The staff is kind and caring plus the doctor is extremely knowledgeable. Can't ask for better.

Recently I have been over my limit for almost a week which is unusual, so I sent an email requesting it to be increased. For some reason, this time the request was forwarded from Dr. Smith to the "manager" Traci who responded with a snarky condescending rude email and stated that she has up to 10 business days to review my medical request! Essentially insinuating that she is going to take her time in attending to a medical matter. She doesn't seem to understand that she works at a medical facility, and apparently treats a place like she's a bar manager. Based on other's reviews apparently the rude attitude from customer service is common here. I won't be ever going back here again and I suggest you take your money elsewhere as well if you want to be treated like an actual patient.

The guy I spoke to was super knowledgeable and explained to me that these were not synthetic mushrooms (which I was not interested in), but instead were derived from psilocybin, but had a formulation to remove the actual psilocybin making them legal. The claim is that you still get the euphoric body high without hallucinating. I was skeptical, but also saw some online reviews touting the effectiveness of these exact products so I decided to give it a try. I went down and found they had microdose gummies, but the better value was the chocolate bar. I paid $60 for what was supposed to be the equivalent of 6 grams of mushrooms. The staff were great and I even learned that I could have them shipped to me in SC since they were legal and I was looking forward to purchasing more. That evening I was out with a friend having dinner and drinks when I took four squares, a light dose. I didn't really feel anything, but I chalked it up to also drinking and not being in the right environment. The next night I got home early and decided I would enjoy some chocolate and watch a movie. I started out by eating a good amount and then decided what was left wouldn't be worth saving so I ate the rest of the bar... sixteen squares in total (there was 20 in the bar). This should have been the equivalent to about 5 grams of mushrooms which should definitely have a noticeable effect. Unfortunately, I did not feel a thing. I know everybody's body chemistry is different so I don't want to knock this company, but I did feel a little scammed out of sixty bucks. I was really looking forward to enjoying these, but unfortunately they were too good to be true.
