My favorite Tampa smoke shop. Customer service is always a great experience and they have a good selection of glassware along with just about anything else you'd like. As of this review, they also offer discounts for medical card holders. read more

I was very interested in their mushroom products so I called to ask a couple questions before I wasted my time going down there. The guy I spoke to was super knowledgeable and explained to me that these were not synthetic mushrooms (which I was not interested in), but instead were derived from psilocybin, but had a formulation to remove the actual psilocybin making them legal. The claim is that you still get the euphoric body high without hallucinating. I was skeptical, but also saw some online reviews touting the effectiveness of these exact products so I decided to give it a try. I went down and found they had microdose gummies, but the better value was the chocolate bar. I paid $60 for what was supposed to be the equivalent of 6 grams of mushrooms. The staff were great and I even learned that I could have them shipped to me in SC since they were legal and I was looking forward to purchasing more. That evening I was out with a friend having dinner and drinks when I took four squares, a light dose. I didn't really feel anything, but I chalked it up to also drinking and not being in the right environment. The next night I got home early and decided I would enjoy some chocolate and watch a movie. I started out by eating a good amount and then decided what was left wouldn't be worth saving so I ate the rest of the bar... sixteen squares in total (there was 20 in the bar). This should have been the equivalent to about 5 grams of mushrooms which should definitely have a noticeable effect. Unfortunately, I did not feel a thing. I know everybody's body chemistry is different so I don't want to knock this company, but I did feel a little scammed out of sixty bucks. I was really looking forward to enjoying these, but unfortunately they were too good to be true. read more

I absolutely LOVE Chillum! It's the only place I'll go if I'm ever in need of quality holistic products. I work in the medical cannabis industry, so I am very picky about what I choose to consume after learning so much about the plant. Carlos has been incredible as well as his staff every time that I have visited and provided nothing but the best of care. With a wide selection of products, a clean store, and beyond helpful and knowledgeable employees and management, there's no reason to look further for any of your hemp or mushroom needs- they've got you covered! I was purchasing a G-Pen item that was extremely hard to source, and Carlos reached out to me to help me obtain the device requested. They only ended up having a Cookies version in stock at a higher price, and Carlos went above and beyond to fulfill my order by price matching for me. Even if it was only a few bucks, actions like that stick with customers and keep them coming back! Ultimately- if you're looking for some easy-to-obtain holistic relief, Chillum is your place and Carlos and his team are the ones to help you. read more

I am a very picky person when it comes to my dispensary needs. This shop is top tier. I recommend.

I have been going here since they opened! The staff is amazing, they do so much for the community and have held events for Veterans, done yoga sessions, held fun, healthy parties. I live in Naples and every time I go to Tampa, I go to to Chillum! read more

Great shop! Olivia was Super helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me find just what I needed.

Been very happy every time I've came in here! I've been consistently coming for a few months straight, they've got good prices, offer sales and discounts and I've saved money being part of the rewards program! Reliable products that work well, you can tell they're of good quality without being expensive. I've had great customer service every time I've been in, everyone is friendly and helpful and can answer all your questions. I purchase CBD and D8 gummies from them and will remain a regular. read more

Just had a horrible experience with Indigo. They were VERY rude. Came in asking questions and they spoke to me as if I'm supposed to know like I work there. I've been here a couple of times and have had great experiences hence is why I keep coming back, but after tonight... it'll be a while before I go in. Hot Wax has never given me any problems. The smart-alecky gestures and responses wasn't needed when looking for help. read more

I encountered a problem on this company's website that ended up threatening my computer's security. I was rightfully very upset and concerned. When I reached out to the owner, he took it very seriously, took down his website, offered to pay to have my computer fixed and gave me some discounted product to make up for the trouble I experienced. He did what he could to make it right. I went into the store later that day and everything was very clean and nice. He seems to know a lot about the high quality products that he sells. read more

I'm not someone that usually does reviews but this place honestly deserves it. We've been in several times(all with different staff working) and absolutely everyone has been great, and insanely informative. The selection they have for any way you choose to intake is abundant and with pricing that is very much comparable to competitors while being able to support a local business. They also offer an great discount for military that has seriously blown me away. read more

Chillum is the real deal! After a decade in the cannabis industry, I'm very particular about who I'll trust to purchase from. The owner Carlos is a wealth of information and Chillum is the go-to spot for CBD in Tampa Bay. read more

I have to say this CBD shop is the best. I went in to get help for my autistic son. The owner listened attentively and gave me a referral to someone that could help my child in the best way. He could have easily sold me products and told me this will help and that will help. He is an honest man and that being said going to this shop you won't be disappointed. Going to a CBD shop that you can trust the owner and products Is first rate. Thank you for being part of my sons healing. We can now enjoy the life we are all meant to. God Bless You best of luck on the success of your shop. read more

wish they would update the website to when they really close before people drive out of their way for them ‍

Guy working the counter was super chill, lots of glass and other cool things to look through. Thanks so much!

I stopped in last night to check the place out, and Austin really did a great job of explaining things, and helping me make a knowledgeable decision on what cbd was best for me. Keep up the good work read more

Went here on a busy night a couple weekends back when I was in town and was treated really nice by a younger guy. Bought some CBD dabs, a pre-roll, and a gram of CBD flower. The dab was fun, but a few days later when I smoked the pre-roll with my friend and our girlfriends it was super hectic; the smoke was insanely harsh, like pretty impossible to draw on and enjoy naturally, and no redeeming effects were noticed. We've done CBD extracts and such before and know the subtle sensations, and they simply weren't felt, or were completely masked by all of the bad feelings that came with smoking the pre-roll. Upon this realization I was completely bummed and brought back the gram to see what the story was with possibly exchanging it for some lighters and hemp wick. Well, I spoke with this rather big/tall white male who was completely displeased with my coming back to the store, acted completely unprofessionally in calling me a liar, saying it wasn't even a gram (although it was weighed out to 1.2 when I bought it and hadn't been opened), and was proceeded to be told to "hit the street, bitch". On top of everything I only acted courteously to this a**hole. read more
