This was after multiple appointments had to be made due to their incompetence and inability to run the tests properly, resulting in having to take time out of my day to return (multiple times) so they could get it done correctly. Then, after all that, and the tests are finally completed, they wanted $50 to sign the paperwork confirming the results of the tests (which was supposed to be part of the follow up). And now as I'm trying to get a hold of someone in the office, I can either speak to their AI "representative" (that cannot help me) or get forwarded to a mailbox that is full and get hung up on. They waited for me to arrive. I made the appt Sept 5. They had 20 days to straighten things out before I drove to the office. This woman was visually upset with me because I was confused about card expiration and my doctor visits. I'm an elder! I just was very confused at why they could not call me before I got there. Santos, behind the desk, was no better. Apparently the nervous woman is his wife. Whatever, the treatment from the front here is far from COMPASSIONATE! The doctors were always great but these owners are condescending. I made a mistake but I sure should not of been treated in this manner. Bottom line, I'll be transferring to a more compassionate clinic. By the way, they are the most expensive clinic out there. Shop around. There are many nicer clinics out there.
